Pay attention to the 1 star reviews they are accurate. I've come to this location but it's never been as bad as what I just experienced. My mom and I waited 10-15 mins outside in line in the heat just to be disrespected once we came into the store. The grown man who was taking orders was extremely rude. It was my mom's birthday and she was coming to get her free pretzel with her coupon on her app. My mom wanted a cinnamon pretzel and the grown man said you'll have to wait 10 mins for that. Why wait?? When you just opened at 10 or 11am mind you it was 12:30 in the afternoon. If you don't have the product ready don't open for business. So rightfully so my mom didn't want to wait 10 more mins when we were already waiting 10-15 mins to get in the store. So she asked for the cinnamon nuggets instead for her convenience. The grown man wanted to go back and forth with her telling her no getting loud with her saying you have to get a pretzel, no exceptions. So Norma I guess she's the manager finally decided to honor my mom's request and gave her the nuggets. My issue with these individuals is why do workers of this business and location think its ok to argue with customers?? Why does this grown man think he can talk to people any kind of way especially in these times and on her birthday? I surely hope he doesn't disrespect his mom like he did mine. I don't appreciate it at all and I let him know that. Would he have talked to any other customer like that if it was a different race or ethnicity? Probably not but the grown man wanted to disrespect an African American women. How trashy and low class. If you don't want bad reviews, then I'd advise you to learn how to treat customers right.

Came in with a coupon for buy one get one free, but they wouldn’t honor it despite it clearly displaying a timer showing the coupon was valid. The service here is groundbreakingly bad every single time. I work in the mall and everyone knows to avoid this place. Go to the wetzel’s in Macy’s instead! Way better.
