Came in with a coupon for buy one get one free, but they wouldn’t honor it despite it clearly displaying a timer showing the coupon was valid. The service here is groundbreakingly bad every single time. I work in the mall and everyone knows to avoid this place. Go to the wetzel’s in Macy’s instead! Way better.

Just paid $12.84 for hard pepperoni bites and small lemonade. I want a refund, no one answers the phone when you call. Focus on quality, they are hard as heck. I want a refund, someone needs to answer the phone. You have 3 Hispanic ladies just gossiping.
