I had an awesome lunch here at the B Restaurant. Their menu was big and great. The plate and utensils presentations were excellent. The salmon was prepared perfectly and delicious. They served it to my table on time. I am satisfied and impressed. Highly recommend.
At the Hilton for business. Grabbed lunch at the B Restaurant. The lunch menu appeared to be a lunch/dinner menu. I had the fish of the day ($23) - which was salmon- I chose blackened vs grilled , came with mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. The plate presentations was excellent . The salmon was prepared perfectly; just done , very moist throughout the piece of salmon not dry at all. Highly recommend !
Had a date night at this wonderful establishment and was treated like royalty. I believe our waiters name was Willie and let me tell you, excellent service the whole night. It was a random weeknight but he treated us like it was Saturday night at any of the fancy steakhouses. Very personable, prompt and just a kind man. Food was equally delicious and served piping hot.
