Every time we order from door dash, they keep messing up our orders. Putting different toppings, no base, etc. they just gave me a bowl with meat and carrots that’s it today. Tried to call the number and it said to leave a voicemail!

It wasn't bad ...but it wasn't mind blowing either! It kind of felt like a scrap plate with a little bit of everything! I do love that they have vegetarian options...kudos on that! Very reasonably priced. Free parking and the wait wasn't too bad.

Had good experience with BIBIBOP in Cleveland and Champaign; was happy to order some food here on the way to ORD airport.
Food was flavorful, with or without sauces. Overall portion of an original bowl is enough for an adult dinner. Prices are reasonable, though higher than some other locations, e.g., salmon is $14.49 vs. $12.99 in Champaign. On the other hand, its salmon portion is bigger than that in Champaign. I would expect consistent portion size at different locations.
Ordered online and food was ready at promised time and prepared correctly.

Decided to give this place and try during my visit to Chicago. Glad I did! The staff, atmosphere and the food was amazing. The food was fresh and very flavorful. They gave big portions and served me with a smile. I had the chicken bowl with yellow and purple rice, Veggies and Yum Yum sauce. So Wish we had one in Michigan.
Great food, portion sizes, and you could add almost anything to your bowl for no extra charge, only thing I would add is free Wifi

This has become one of my family's favorite spots. I like the different chicken options with gochujang sauce. My kid is hooked on tofu with kimchi. My suggestion to the place is that they have some presets for people who can't decide what to get in their bowls
