As someone who religiously doesn’t eat pork, I was happy to learn that everything here is cooked in completely different smokers and there is no cross contamination between their pork and beef products! I appreciated the thorough explanation when questioned. As for the food, the brisket and half chicken were the stars of the show alongside the Brussel sprouts. They did forget to bring out one order of brisket and tried to convince is we were wrong but corrected themselves shortly...
Pretty good! We will be back. We used to go to firewater & mission bbq in the area, but weren’t big fans, when we saw this place popped up, we were skeptical…took us a while to stop by, but really glad we did. Kind staff, good bbq, not dry at all, good cocktails, and love the vibe.
Felt like a great dine in restaurant with the casual feel of a walk-up restaurant. The Mac n cheese, Brussels sprouts, and chicken were all to die for! Service was chill and welcoming
