Had the chance to visit my dad before the opening game for the Blackhawks at home for the season. He recommended this place and it is great! Easy to get to, nice staff, loved the food! Skirt steak was 10/10.

First time here today. I seen it had pretty good reviews so decided to check it out. I went in for breakfast at 9 a.m, coffee cup had lipstick marks on it from previous user 🤮

The food was okay coffee was good but what made it better was our waitress Kelly she was open-minded, playful, and listened to everything we said. I was wearing my northwestern wildcat T-shirt then she mentioned that the Penn State football team coach was fired after the game, she was two steps in front of us with the coffee refills My wife said you're reading our minds with the coffee and I said she must be a bruja and she knew what that meant but I said a good bruja and then she started to do an impression of Samantha Stevens from the TV show Bewitched it was good to see a waitress that was there to serve their customers like that her name is Kelly If you go there ask for her she knows her job very well she'll make your day better

Came here on a Monday morning. It was Indigenous People’s day so I was expecting it to be busier, but it wasn’t too busy. Cara was really attentive and friendly. The potato pancakes were the best my and my husband ever had. Even better than at the German Christmas markets!

We go regularly and are never disappointed. Servers are VERY friendly and accommodating. Food is generous and delicious. I absolutely love the Seafood Omelette and my husband enjoys the Blue Plate Special with biscuits and gravy. Our friend had the corned beef hash with which she was most pleased. Our coffee was refilled regularly. Can't beat it!

Had Worst experience at oak Brook location. It all stated Sunday morning when We were told on our arrival that it’s a 30-35 min wait. We agreed to wait for 9 people in our party. After 30 min when we checked and were told table was ready. We got to table and find that there were only 6 chairs. When asked we were told the we had asked them for 6 when we actually requested for 9. Then we were asked to wait few more minutes to get table for 9 and we waited a total 45 minutes and waited….We did not argue but asked them to show our original request they had nothing to show when they actually put something down on their tablet. It’s hard to digest how we were told they took verbal requests and rely on memory for so many guests. We left without eating and without any apology from them. Will never return to this location. We understand they don’t care losing few customers like us.

I visited the one in LaGrange, Illinois in 2023 when I was in Broadview visiting relatives and I loved it and being in Broadview again, this one in Oak Brook did not disappoint. With huge portions at a fair price, the Country Omlette with Pancakes was very good and the only reason I am not rating it with 5-Stars is the potatoes needed a little more seasoning(salt and black pepper)for my taste and if onions were an option, it would take the well textured potatoes delightfully over the top. When I'm in Broadview again, I'll definitely be back for breakfast.

Food was great but the service Amazing coming from Midwest this felt like home. The Best fluffy pancakes and the Bannana but bread french toast was like eating the top of a banana muffin! Coffee my favorite 😍

Cute little breakfast / brunch spot. Menu has great options. Cozy.
