The lines move quickly and the servers are really nice. I got a bowl with white rice, double scoop of chicken, lettuce, and cheese. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was flavorful. This is one of the better Chipotle’s I have been to. Just wish there was more seating. It feels a bit cramped in there during their lunch rush.

The employee wiped the counter with their gloves (not with a cloth or anything, literally with their gloves). Then, using the same gloves, they placed lettuce in my bowl. When I politely pointed this out, I was told I was rude.

made a mobile order for a chicken quesadilla meal. came in on the right time, and it wasn’t ready. put chicken on the side instead inside of the quesadilla. my quesadilla wasn’t even warmed up. just threw on cold cheese and called it a day. -_- don’t go here!!

Aside from the fact that the employees were rude they are also lazy. Four people stood behind the counter while all of the tables were dirty and the trash was full. All of the Chipotle’s I have been to in the area are the same.

The manager/the district manager needs to put some of the old heads at this location in
check when it comes to treating coworkers with respect to the younger staff. I was just in there, grabbing food and saw one of the older members talk in a unwelcoming way to his colleague, and the young man seemed very uncomfortable and disappointed with how he is treated and it’s visible on his face. If some of the old members don’t want to work there That’s fine, but don’t treat others with disrespect. Feel free to reach out to me about the situation.

And please lower the music.

BOGUS BOGO email offer! Didn't work in the store and manager wouldn't honor. Said they don't have a button for it.

Headquarters said they would put BOGO offer on my rewards account, but I can't access account. Tried everything to reset password. Feels like I am blocked or cancelled.

It's so much easier to go to BiBiPop. They have great tasting food and honor their reward offers.

Literally every time I go into this establishment, they do not have the steam table stocked with food. Went in today and asked for chicken on my bowl and was told it wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter stared at me like it was my problem. I'm not sure who is doing food prep, but clearly they need to arrive earlier than 11:00 to start for the day. When you open at 11:00 for the lunch rush, it's probably advantageous to have your food stocked. Done with this place. No plans to visit again as I have given them multiple chances.

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional behavior and lack of leadership displayed by this manager. On numerous occasions, I have entered this establishment only to be met with a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. The energy is often off the moment I walk in, and it’s clear that it stems directly from the manager’s conduct.

There have been several times when he has come in yelling and berating his employees — loudly enough for customers like myself to witness. It is incredibly unprofessional and unsettling to be standing in line, trying to place an order, while hearing a manager scream about where one of his employees is. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but creates a hostile and chaotic environment for both the staff and customers.

Today was the final straw. Watching employees walk out in visible frustration after yet another confrontation was deeply concerning. It’s clear that morale is at an all-time low, and the lack of respect and composure from management is entirely to blame. No employee should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment in the workplace, and no customer should have to witness it.

As a business owner myself, I find this level of unprofessionalism absolutely unacceptable. I take great pride in how I treat my own team — with respect, communication, and accountability — qualities this manager seems to lack entirely. From what I’ve observed, he not only fails to lead by example but also contributes to a toxic work environment that reflects poorly on your entire establishment.

If this is the kind of management behavior that is tolerated, it raises serious questions about the standards and values of this business. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed immediately because I will not be returning until significant changes are made.

Poor food quality. Small portions but that was fine since it tasted so bad. Flavors off. Cold meat, burnt chips with zero lime flavor. Very dirty, trash overflowing. A mess everywhere and plenty of employees who could've be cleaning.

Me and my family came in for some drinks and instead of the cashier just ringing us up for cups he carelessly walked off. The guy who was taking customers never communicated with his team members that all we wanted was a drink. After standing there for minutes and I had to ask if someone was going to ring us up he said that the lady who was making online orders was going to be right with us. SMH! Y’all need to do better because yall suck!

The manager Isaiah is the rudest manager I’ve ever met they served me half a bowl when I ordered online had to drive home and drive all the way back for him to tell me I should’ve opened the bag there to make sure they gave me enough food that’s so unacceptable that he thinks it’s ok for his workers to give me half a bowl and that it’s my fault for not breaking the seal on an online order instead of apologizing or even accommodating me he was rude he should be fired this was terrible

Order my food on their app and got there at the time it said it would be ready and still waited 45 mins for my food.. then I get home and carne asada Meat I got was all fat and chewy... Never again will I got back to this location...

DO NOT go to this Chipotle. I came to pickup my burrito and the staff never said anything to me. I told them I'm here for a pickup and then the staff member turned their head, grabbed the bag and set it on the counter. Not a word spoken by them. When I opened my burrito, it wasn't even rolled!! Terrible.
