Order was 5 minutes late, no acknowledgment from the employees. One kept walking back and forth, no “excuse me” or anything. I might as well have been invisible.
Rude staff and very rushed experience
Small portion sizes. No meat.
The place looks great it's a little hidden I order a burrito and the young fella only put a baby teaspoon of meat I didn't want to make a scene and embarrassed the young fella

The girl that took my order had an attitude I walked in and I said good morning and she didn't say anything she gave me three tacos one of the burritos had torn she didn't ask me if I wanted a hard shell or soft shell
Lately this location has been great. Huge line at lunch time and they got everyone in and out fast. Portions are fair. Workers are efficient. Will be coming again!
The service was very nice and the salad was pretty good.
I do not know the name of the person behind the counter, but the server name on receipt was Alejandro, so I’m going to go with that. He was very impatient, gave very little portions for proteins, and didnt ask what kind of rice I wanted and just passed the bowl over to the next person for the other toppings. I didnt notice until I got home but he didn’t ask if or what kind of beans I wanted. I was baffled by his level of rudeness so I forgot to ask at the time. I love chipotle and dont want to miss out on not going. “IF” I go back to this location, I will not order if that same person is behind the counter!

Set my clean food is always good, but you gotta have it hot
I visit this chipotle every time I’m in the oakbrook area hands the best one to me, but I think if you’re spending your money it should be worth it, but the last time I came the African American employee guy with the facial hair was very rude and didn’t want to make my bowl and I never seen him there before until that day he ask the other employee to make my bowl which was very nice so I didn’t think nothing of it, so I visited again this past weekend and he was there and the African American young lady was fixing the bowl but she also tapped him as I was walking up to place my order and once I started to order she just started throwing my food in the container and it was the smallest portions I ever seen, so I had to ask nicely can you you give me a little more and she had a bad attitude and started to raise her voice. To say all this I’m African American myself and if you don’t have good customer service you shouldn’t be working in this field!
Wrong food was delivered, which happens BUT the problem is after that you cant do anything. the driver basically said 'not my problem' and then try calling the store. Ridiculous, the AI system is crap and doesnt work. Kept asking to talk to a team member and it kept asking me to place an order. 15 minutes and counting.
Ordered carryout on the app. Noticed they forgot my chips so had to go back in (not a huge deal but glad I checked). Was given the chips with no apology.
Burrito bowl was decent at best, the fajita veggies were uncooked and cut into massive chunks, had to pick them off.
Typical experience for me at any Chipotle, decent food but usually something is slightly wrong.
I also notice if it’s after 7pm the quality usually suffers.
Store was clean, and staff were reasonably friendly.
