As someone who lives off burritos, this one definitely caught me by surprise. Ordered a steak burrito with beans, sour cream, onion and cilantro and it was STUFFED and delicious. By far one of my favorites and best burritos I’ve had. If you like spice, get the habanero salsa 🔥 super good but definitely has a kick to it. $13 very well spent. Definitely coming back

Absolutely LOVED the food, wow. Had hesitations bc it was my first time in this mall’s food court (which is insane since I’ve been coming here 30 yrs) anyway, they blew me away.

The people are so kind, friendly, helpful, like you’re speaking to someone familiar. The FOOD wheeewww when I tell you I was dancing in my seat at their counter, just chair boppin, bc it was just delightful to eat! Pastor tacos x2 customized to my liking, and they threw in a lime wedge so you know I was like, well if it’s being suggested… so I squeeze some over both tacos and WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS THE GREATEST DECISION I MADE ALL DAY, I am telling you truths.

Fast and friendly service. The food is hot and fresh. Crisp fresh lettuce, fresh avocado 🥑, crisp and ripe tomatoes. The chicken I ordered was perfectly seasoned and fresh tasting. It gave me the feeling of hand prepped. The hot sauce is amazing. Full of flavor and not too hot. This is definitely a place I enjoyed.

Burrito was cold with no flavor and the tortilla part was chewy. This was the absolute worst food I’ve ever had. Will not be back even if this was the last place on earth to eat!!!

I was sitting at the bar with a friend, and apparently it was too far for the guy who was working there to bring the tacos over to us. We had to go to the other side of the bar to get them. That is the definition of mediocre service. Wish I could have my tip back.

Hello! Don't waste your time and money here. I had their 3 taco dinner with pastor, carnitas, and chile relleno tacos. Pastor was extremely dry and had an almost uneatable flavor. If I wasn't hungry, hungry, and limited on time. I would have trashed everything and ate somewhere else. The carnitas were one of the worst I've ever had. Very dry and off flavor. The chile relleno was nothing special. The rice and beans were their best but small portions. Their tacos are also small. Skip this spot.

The service was fine, prices are reasonable for the location but not for the quality. Don't eat what you don't like, this food deserves to be in the garbage. I hope I don't get sick because of had an off odor.

I hope they fix their quality, but regardless I'll never eat at a Cilantro Taco Grill.

This was our first time to any Cilantro as a couple. Previous to this visit at Oak Brook Center, my employer had catered from cilantro as a token of appreciation to the employees.
The Asada and Barbacoa tacos were very good and in fact, Katherine thought the Asada was the best that she has had so far in Chicagoland. I will have to judge the Carnitas taco at a later date when I buy one fresh, since I brought one home and ate it much later cold!

The young woman at the register (on 9/23/24) was incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming, patient, interactive, and informative.

We had such a positive experience that we would go back.

The Decor for this food court type location is done just right!

My only critique would be that I think tacos at $3.80 is a bit high. I would be more inclined if you had a daily taco special that doesn’t involve a taco dinner with the sides and rice and beans.

Do a three taco for $10 which to me seems fair and would be far more attractive.

I was hindered from buying more tacos because I didn’t want to break the bank for buying more than three tacos.
