My girlfriend went to pick up cake, an order that was placed online, when she arrived the staff were extremely unprofessional, rude and sour. Insane that you can treat someone so bad when they are spending money in your establishment. She was told "for future reference" as if she dines there regularly. How unbelievable for 100$+, worse yet they couldnt even help her hold open a door, wanna spend hundreds and be treated like crap? Come here!

I would never go back The waitress Alyssa S Was very rude and very racist she better be lucky I was with my man and he kept me calm and peaceful on my birthday November the 16th we had reservations we arrive everything was going well until we were seated We even order a bottle of wine so i ordered soup which was so good tasted like chicken pot pie just to put something on my stomach I asked for a spoon her racist white ass put my spoon on the table so I asked for another one she did the same thing again so I just took the little napkin that was on the table and wipe my spoon off so I notice The other waiters bringing water to other customers and she didn't even offers us nothing so we order a steak well done why she bring it back medium You can still see the blood on the plate so yes I sent it back And some other waiter brought it back and offered us some water I just have to say my experience was horrible and I would never go back there and spend my money at no place they don't like me or people that look like me I have workers there's a racist just that simple

The restaurant is beautiful and inviting. The food was incredible. However, this is not the place to get a quick meal. The drinks take forever if you are at a table, and nobody working there moves quickly. Dinner took about an hour and a half.

I’ve been coming to this location for like the last 8 years, but it’s really gone downhill recently. The management and service are so inconsistent now, and this last visit was the final straw for me. I called to see if I could get my usual side added to my order, only to be told it wasn’t available for online orders. Fine—but when I asked about a refund, things just got worse.
The way the manager and host handled it was disappointing. After calling and getting put on hold for a long time, I was eventually hung up on. When I stopped by the store in person, the manager was passive-aggressive and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue. She even left mid-conversation, and I still don’t know if a refund is coming.
A good manager would’ve just made an exception and given me the side, or at least tried yo ensure the customer left on good terms.
Mind you I wasn’t rude, loud or out the ordinary. They seem to get a lot of young or inexperienced managers through the year that don’t stay long at all.
