They should probably consider updating their hours so people do not travel all the way to the store for it to be closed.

It’s good ice cream. However both your website and Google say you are open until midnight. You are not open until midnight. This is in a mall and follows the mall hours.

Every mall should have an ice cream place like this. Very clean, large variety. Plenty of seating inside and out of the establishment. The ice cream itself, seemed good quality. If you enjoy ice cream and are not lactose intolerant, you have come to the right place. Bussin!

As soon as you step into Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, you're hit—no, hugged—by the intoxicating aroma of freshly made waffle cones and sugary goodness. It’s like walking into a dessert dream. I ordered the waffle cone bowl with two scoops: Darkest Chocolate and Salty Caramel and let me tell you, this duo is nothing short of divine. The Darkest Chocolate is no ordinary chocolate. It’s rich, bold, and almost sinful in its depth, think melted chocolate bars and midnight cocoa stirred into velvet. The texture? Silky and dense, like a frozen truffle that melts on your tongue with a whisper of bitterness that balances the sweet.

Now the Salty Caramel, this was the real surprise. Buttery, golden, and complex, it hits your palate in waves: first sweet and creamy, then a punch of sea salt that makes your taste buds sit up and pay attention. The caramel is clearly slow-cooked, giving it that deep, toasty flavor with hints of vanilla and brown sugar.

The waffle cone bowl was warm, crisp, and laced with cinnamon, adding just the right crunch to contrast the creaminess. The combination of hot and cold, sweet and salty, smooth and crisp was perfect. Every bite was a revelation, and I found myself closing my eyes just to savor the moment.

My personal takeaway? If you’re looking for more than dessert, if you want an experience this is the place. Do yourself a favor and get the waffle cone bowl. And don’t be afraid to mix bold flavors. Trust me, your inner child (and your adult self) will thank you.

This is a cute place with friendly staff and amazing ice cream! I have gotten into trying the non-dairy varieties, and they had two flavors when I was there: lemon, and Texas Sheet Cake.
Oh. My. Goodness.
The lemon was sweet and rich; my mouth is watering at the mere thought of it. I had almost finished it before I remembered to take a photo.
And the Texas Sheet Cake is so chocolatey, you would never guess it's non-dairy.
I will be back to try more flavors!

The atmosphere is nice but can use a lot more chairs lol  you can tell there more space, can hit a couple more tables + a lot of chairs lol

The price is decent, especially considering its inside the oak brook mall

They have a large selection of ice cream, really liked the espresso blended ice cream!

Tonight my family and I were served by Eduardo. Eduardo was patient and had excellent customer service. Since it was my mom’s first time getting ice cream, he was helpful in recommending flavors and samples. He was informative about how certain flavors go together as well as the ingredients and didn’t make us feel rushed either.

Was here for Mothers Day the line was super long, employees working in slow motion. It should not take 40mns for ice cream

Can’t go Wrong with any Ice cream flavors. LOVE coming here. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the table maintenance indoors/outdoors can be better!

I’ve been here twice with a gluten allergy & they are so kind & accommodating! each time they wash their hands & change their gloves & open new containers of ice cream! highly recommend to anyone with an allergy!
