Great place to celebrate an event. Food was amazing and not too loud so you could carry on a conversation with your group without hearing noise from other tables. Service was great as was the food

The food is great. Our experience was alright. Our table was not ready at our reservation time, no issue but they forgot to come get us from the bar and I had to go back and ask if our table was ready 20 minutes later. Our server was great but the wait for everything we ordered was quite long, had to be reminded that we ordered tea, he had to check on the appetizers as they were not brought to the table, then the entrees were brought while we were still working on apps. I am also not a fan of kiosks on tables at upscale resturants.

A little disappointed that our main course was delivered to the table before we were done with our appetizer. The raspberry cheesecake had moldy raspberries.

My girls and I really enjoyed the Happy Hour options! Everything was delicious! Service was also wonderful!

Tedeo and Colin took wonderful care of us! The food was excellent and the all day happy hour on Monday is amazing! I wish it had been easier to leave this review.

We used to visit Kona frequently but it fell off the radar for a while. We have now visited twice in the last month (Dec 2025-Jan 2026) and have remembered why we love this place. Not only is the food tasty, it is reasonably priced, the servers are amazing (looking at you Kenneth & Niko) and the restaurant manager, Anna, is a superstar. We have consistently great experiences here and it is back in regular rotation for our frequent date nights! Thank you Anna, Kenneth & Niko for treating us like family and serving us delicious food pared with amazing service!

The atmosphere with the new management, Ana, Essie and hector with Isabela, Let’s go specially Hectorr teaching and showing the ways to the new team is amazing to see and experience a regular vibe and five star treatment we get! Steady coming back !

Hector at the bar made my experience, combined with the delicious cuisine and attention to detail by the management and the rest of the staff. A must come back. AMAZING

I know this place tries hard, and the service overall was good. That said, our experience fell short for the price.
I ordered the surf and turf, medium rare. The steak came out medium well, so I sent it back. When it returned, it was still not right—dry and inconsistent. At one point, the center was completely raw, so it had to go back a third time. I appreciate them trying to fix it, but even after that, the steak was just okay at best.
The lobster tail was extremely small—no bigger than two fingers, maybe 1–3 oz. It was good, but literally bite-sized. For the price, that was disappointing. Ironically, the lobster sushi we ordered had more lobster than the actual lobster tail, and that sushi was excellent.
Our total bill was about $164 plus tip. For that price point, I expected better execution and consistency. While the staff did try to rectify the issues, the meal overall wasn’t worth the cost.
The atmosphere is cool, especially with the fish tanks. However, the hostess at the front wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu. When asked about sushi, seafood, or steaks, she couldn’t really answer and only mentioned that the cheeseburger was her favorite.
I’m not trying to knock the restaurant—I know they try—but for the price, it just wasn’t anything special. It may have been an off day, but I don’t think I’d be back.

Had a great experience at Kona Grill! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service truly stood out. Anna was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. She really elevated the entire experience. Will definitely be back

5 stars for service, 4 stars for the food! Charlie was our server tonight and he was amazing. He checked on us frequently and had a great energy. He was so sweet. For food, I have gotten take out a few times and just dined in for the first time here. I love the bbq chicken flatbread, the fries, and the fried chicken sandwich.. I also had the sunset sushi which was so yummy. The avocado egg roll was ok. Kind of stale sadly. The butter cake was the best thing on the menu for sure!
