The lady refused to take my money because I had a $20 bill if she was short in her drawer she could’ve went to the manager or even to another register to get changed but to flat out refuse to take my money And saying very very loudly you have a $20 bill so needless to say didn’t eat lunch today so this McDonald’s they are a joke 😡

This location really needs their team to work on their customer service etiquette because this one had the worst service I have ever experience. Their drive thru staff is honestly terrible and most rude I have ever encountered. Yelling and arguing back with me the customer. Then proceeded to not give me my food after an incident that they started. I would be wary going to this location for anyone else and me personally will never eat here again. Disgusting people.
You better sit there and UNWRAP your entire order at drive thru window, because verbally confirming isn't enough. you wait 15 mins for the wrong food. (Also your drive thru times are disgraceful)
