This was a lovely restaurant where I went with my friends for over 20 years and had just started taking my granddaughters. It's too bad that they are closing this restaurant for good.☹️

Had a lunch meeting with seven other ladies and we all loved our experience & food. Caitlin was our waitress and did an outstanding job. Food is delicious and the setting is pretty. Not rushed, very relaxed

Always a pleasure having lunch at Neiman Marcus! The food was delicious and my waitress was so sweet to my 4 year old granddaughter. She even got her to finish her lunch but who could resist a Neiman Marcus choc chip cookie
Rebecca was the absolute best! She was so patient and charismatic. She truly started our girls day out perfectly & set the tone for the rest of our day which was so wonderful! Kudos to Rebecca!!! We love her and will be back soon!!!

Here's to the ladies who lunch! Please NM, update your furniture! Torn seats and cushions do nothing for the ambiance. Other than that, service was great, food was fine. Not like I remember it being in its heyday. Not sure I'll be back to this location.
Stale popovers and consommé was not right. Our server was delightful and very apologetic for the quality of the food. This is quite uncommon for NM. Very disappointing!! Its usually a pleasure and delicious!!

Ambiance was quiet and dining room had 3 tables. Our waitress was attentive. The popovers were brown and almost burnt. My tuna melt was just okay. Two hispanic women were listening to their phones blaring loud. I looked around and no manager in sight. I nicely asked them to turn off their phones because it was louder than the music. First I was ignored and then I spoke in Spanish. and told them this was rude. “But it's the World Cup.” they answered. When our server came, she asked them to take their phones off speaker and they did. They ordered one bowl of soup and two waters. What has happened here at my fav place? I have not dined because of Covid-19 so it's been a while. I hope things improve, too. I miss the shrimp salad. Restaurant definitely needs strong management and menu improvement.

They were very friendly when we checked in! My daughter had the finger sandwich's which she said were good, especially the tuna!! I had the gothem salad. Horrible!!! Weird lettuce, bad dressing, strange ingredients!!! Pop overs and chicken broth were great! Service was very good too Salad choice may have been an off day
This restaurant has been a favorite for years but we have not been here since they re-opened after COVID. The food was great as was the service. We had several food allergies and they happily accommodated them all. Briana was our server and she was excellent.

Fabulous service every time! However, the time has come to expand the menu and the square footage of the cafe. I always have to check the menu online before I go because they run out of their limited offerings quite frequently. Could use more space between tables. If only they would expand. Spiced iced tea and the chicken broth are the best items on the menu.

Less than pleasant experience after waiting 2 years to enjoy dining in the Cafe. Server was immediately attentive then took a very long time to bring 2 Margaritas to the table. She carried both glasses with her hands close to the rim, not acceptable.We had asked for a few minutes to decide on our food but we had a long wait before she returned.My friend ordered the Turkey Club and it was out though the restaurant was not busy. I ordered the Kale Crunch salad with shrimp that consisted of 5 shrimp on top of a large plate of kale with some shredded cabbage and a couple of spoonfuls of squashed mandarin oranges. This salad was very disappointing and way over priced. We had 2 coffees. Before tip my bill was $87.61. We will not be back.

Our lunch was a catch up with a friend! The popovers snd consume are always amazing. The service is stellar. I don't know the man's name, but he's amazing! Thus restaurant never disappoints.

I was a hugh fan of the Zodiac restaurant. It was my go to place with my friends it closed and they reopened under the name Cafe. This was my first time after 2 years absence and I was disappointed. The food was horrible.! The little cup of soup had an off flavor that was nasty. It tasted burnt! My Mandarin Souffle tasted like it was refrigerated uncovered and pick up other flavors. I only saw one waiter working so service was slow. The waiter said it's not been too busy lately and judging by my experience I know why!!!
