It was an excellent choice for a lunch, even in an Saturday. We arrived 11:30 and it wasn't crowded. They have a regular menu plus a special menu that changes every 2 months. Today was the last day of the current specials. I had ind if the best, freshest salads with fruit and nuts with a special dressing that was light and complemented the salad. My niece had the Avocado tacos that looked really good and she said were delicious. Definitely a good place to have a leisurely lunch with friends and or family especially if you want to carry on a conversation. The restaurant has recently been remodeled and is very comfortable and with a modern low keyed atmosphere. Will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends.

Eat here often. Everything is delicious. Tomato soup is great any time. Had tge turkey avocado sandwich. Great dipping sauces and fries. Also new to menu is tge biscuit and herb spread. So good as an appetizer.

Let me tell you guys, hands down, the best employee award should go to Rayyan at E-bar. He was the sweetest, literally went out of his way to make my 7 yr old a small drink because she was having a bad day ?

The tables where the customers sit are usually DIRTY. I had to ask if someone could clean at least one table. The girl must have gotten mad because I asked if someone could clean at least 1 table because I ended up with Luke warm chocolate. . Terrible service.i was charged sbout$4 for like warm chocolate.

I said hello to the cashier, she just stared and waited for me to order and expected a tip when I paid. I order the tropical green tea coolers the flavor was nice but it was warm with little ice on a 95 degree day.

Nice atmosphere. Our waiter Victor was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pizza which was OK, but what they called Alfredo Sauce was tasteless and watery. My companion ordered Salmon with polenta and cauliflower. The salmon was overcooked and there was no sauce of any kind to moisten the dry ingredients. Way too expensive for the disappointing food.

I took my mom here for lunch. We were surprised by the service and quality. It wasn't what we expected for a restaurant inside the mall. We had a margarita (excellent), lobster bisque, spinach and artichoke appetizer and salmon. It was delicious! The dessert was even better!! We recommend the red velvet cupcake and lemon ricotta cookie. We just wish they had cappuccino. They only serve regular coffee.

Ordered a small bottle of sparkling San pelligrino from the fridge of Nordstrom’s coffee shop. got charged $5.15…….. not even the most expensive grocery stores charge that for a FULL SIZE TABLE BOTTLE….. and on top of this, after paying for my overpriced 16.9 oz of sparkling water, the audacity of the register to ask if i want to TIP????? what did the barista do? collect sparkling water from Italy for me? the barista didn’t even lift a finger??? I GRABBED the water from the fridge??? the nerve of this store.

We had an excellent meal, with notable soups (lobster bisque and a coconut-based vegetable) and flavorful ravioli. We were surprised at the quality in this store setting, and especially appreciate the plant-based options in a menu that includes a variety of steaks and burgers. Really well done.

Sucks don't waste your money

Was disapppointed that a restaurant that seems to have an Italian name did not have cappucino on its menu. We aksed if it was availble thorugh the cafe upstairs and the answer was no. Would have been such a plus to have that as an added benefit.

Before moving to Florida, we lived in Oakbrook right across from the mall in the Oak Brook Club. We've shopped at Nordstrom‘s for decades. It's hard to believe that this was the first time we've ever eaten there. It was convenient while we shopped and we really enjoyed it. Victor was our server and he was great. The food was good and we brought the leftovers home to enjoy them during our stay. We will be back.

It seems like it's a hit or miss experience when I dine at Rusclello. My recent experience was not enjoyable. My waiter was not attentive and overcharged me. Again, the service is not consistent.

Ruscello is one of my favorite places to eat at Oak Brook mall. The food is tasty and upscale enough to feel like a fancy lunch but not overpriced. A nice quiet break from the crowds. We love the service there, very attentive.
