Great seasonal food offerings. But their tomato soup and grilled cheese combo is a staple! Service is excellent too!

It was weekday afternoon, not crowded at all, and service was extremely slow. After our order was taken, it took a while, and food came out lukewarm. We let the server know, he replaced the fries. I've never had that happen and was quite surprised at the service. Not sure what was going on.

Celebrated a birthday there. Our waiter was so kind and attentive. She was very sweet. It was my first time at Ruscello and I would go back again. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers for the table and their entrees.

Probably shouldn’t be whispering about a customer while they wait for their coffee. Work on your service and making better coffee.

Had a really nice luncheon took two girlfriends there my waitress though however I ordered a small salad and she brought me a large and charged me for a large I didn't say anything but it wasn't what I ordered

This is a hidden find at the Oakbrook mall. There are many healthy menu options, and the portion size of my salmon selection was generous. There are happy hour prices that entice you to have a cocktail or appetizer when you aren't thinking that way, and 1/2 price wine bottles on Wednesdays. We were treated to a friendly and attentive server. I had not been here for over a year, and my most recent visit was great again.

Love, love, love. High quality food, something for everyone, and full bar! It doesn't hurt that it's located within Nordstrom!

Excellent salads and great service by Jose. Chicken in the salads was very moist and tasty.

Went for brunch. Website says brunch is served until 3:00. Our reservation was at 11:45. Menus are not brunch menus. When we asked about brunch, we were told they are no longer serving brunch. So we left.

Calamari not very good. Niçoise salad very good. My husband liked his turkey avocado club a lot. Their tomato basil is the best soup!!

When I add it up, I've probably eaten at this Nordstrom Café more than any other restaurant in my life. We've been coming here for years and it is a family tradition at Oak Brook. And, unfortunately, it is slipping, probably the result of corporate pressure on Nordstrom itself. Many of the servers are the same faces that we've seen for 10 or 15 years, and they are still excellent. But the food... Corners are being cut, portions are getting smaller, ingredients compromised, favorites dropped. I sense the need for productivity rather than quality. It's unfortunate because this has always been a little bit of a hidden gem among the many excellent restaurants in the area. Reliable quality and very friendly service but now the food is dropping below standards.

It was an excellent choice for a lunch, even in an Saturday. We arrived 11:30 and it wasn't crowded. They have a regular menu plus a special menu that changes every 2 months. Today was the last day of the current specials. I had ind if the best, freshest salads with fruit and nuts with a special dressing that was light and complemented the salad. My niece had the Avocado tacos that looked really good and she said were delicious. Definitely a good place to have a leisurely lunch with friends and or family especially if you want to carry on a conversation. The restaurant has recently been remodeled and is very comfortable and with a modern low keyed atmosphere. Will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends.
