The Oak Brook Store was much better than the Westchester Store. They are only a few miles apart on the same side of the street. The store was clean, not dingy, and that really makes a difference. I told my mom we would go to the one in Oak Brook on Butterfiled Rd., not the one in Westchester off of Wolf Rd and Cermak/Butterfield Road.

I love Panera. This location is warm w fireplace and plenty of seating and device sockets. The food came out warm and it was warm inside the hen today was -7 degrees. Free WiFi and you can enjoy reading a good book.

Bring back the spinach and cheese souffle. Souffles were luke warm. Turn up the gest on your warmers. Took way too long for our kitchen order to come up. Still waiting over 10 minutes

I ordered only a few things. Forgot part of it and even the bagel tastes off, like they toasted a salty item before the bagel, so cleanliness wise is iffy too.

I m limited with my lunch options due to dietary restrictions, and even though panera has removed several allergen friendly items recently, it is still one of the few places by my office i can eat at. My food has taken so long so many times that I have to turn around and go back to work immediately and can’t eat it on my break. This means eating four hours later. I will be stuck waiting 30+ minutes after my promised pickup time for a single salad. I don’t even leave my office until after the promised pick up time anymore, and still wait 20-40 minutes for the order. Not to mention the decline in quality. I’ve had moldy lettuce served to me multiple times, bad slimy tomatoes. I will not be coming here again, even if that means not eating, since I don’t get to eat my lunch half the time I order it anyway. I’ve sent this feedback through the app multiple times and no improvement.
