Come here all the time. Yesterday the customer service was excellent at 3pm. The young lady that’s injured did an amazing job. My sandwich was made incorrectly and she made sure that I walked away satisfied. Today I come in and it was just bad. Whoever is the manager today seemed very rude, almost as if he didn’t want to work. They really have to work on customer service.

Not gonna lie, I was felt really nervous while waiting in line, check out all that. But my sandwich though. I got the wreck with mustard and italian seasoning (plus a pickle on the side) and I dont know if its because i was starving but THIS IS SO WORTH IT.

I recently had surgery and my sweet dad offered to pick up a salad from Pot Belly’s for me. I was a little hesitant because he was not familiar with the mall. Sure enough he got lost! I called the store for help and they did!! The girl who answered the phone was so kind and patient and sent the driver to go meet my dad where he was. It was such a kind gesture! We stayed on the phone for like a good 10 minutes until the driver finally met my dad where he was. Thank you! Your team at Oak Brook rocks!

I love Potbelly's but this location is not great. When I order through the app, the driver always forgets the drinks, there is a sandwich that is not mine but is someone else's order, or some other problem. When you call to get help, they sound mystified at how to help. I wish I could change locations in the app. There is a good one close.
This location needs to figure out that you want people to come back.

So I was not gonna write this review, but this is the second time that I have been serviced with attitude due to me ordering a Oreo milkshake. The first time I let it go after an African American female stated “you’re ordering another milkshake” and I felt as if my money wasn’t being respected at your location. The second time she gave my friends an attitude because she ordered two milkshakes and was told “oh this is your order with two milkshakes. I mean idk what the issue is but if you don’t want to make a simple Oreo milkshake and is gonna complain then you should work somewhere else. I don’t feel comfortable ordering anything from this location. Btw I love potbelly but this location really disappoints me.

Avoid this place at all costs if you want to enjoy your time at this mall. Sometime ago when I went, the young female white cashier with brown hair was rude, disrespectful, and downright miserable. I told her I was missing an item from my order. She nearly screamed at me that I would have to pay for it, got really nasty and treated me like an idiot. No "sorry about that, it will be (price) please". There's plenty of past comments detailing similar experiences to mine about the abhorrent staff.
