This is one of two locations of the finest Persian food in the Chicago metro area. The other one is of the same name and is in Andersonville in the city. The restaurant was originally started by and for a group of Iranian cab drivers who craved the authentic food of the old country and couldn't find it in Chicago, so a small take-out streetside pop-up operation was set up to service the 24x7 cabbies. Word got around about this wonderful food though and the place just exploded,...

From the moment we entered, we felt very welcomed as we were kindly greeted my Muhammad who was also our waiter. Muhammad was very helpful in helping us select our food options. We ordered the chicken and filet Mignon kabobs with dill rice and regular rice and it was by far one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had. We also had the chicken soup and the bread with olive oil . Amazing food and amazing service. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back.

Really good Mediterranean food. Everything tasted fresh and well made. The service was great too. Mohammad was attentive and helped us choose what to order. Would definitely come back.
