I ordered for p[ickup from Roti for the first time yesterday and was very pleased! I have Celiac's, so this eatery was recommended to me on a gluten-free phone app as a good option, since everything is gluten free except for the pitas -- and gluten-free pitas are offered as well. The ordering and pickup were no problem. My food was prepared as requested with a clear readout ticket of what I ordered, including a large reminder of the gluten-free pita and extra note of my request to avoid cross contact. The food was delicious, and there was so much of it that I saved the leftovers of the half the I couldn't eat from being too full for a second meal. I definitely plan to reorder!

I ordered the Chicken Tahini Pita at this Roti's for lunch today, along with three other sides - and it was terrrible. All the food was cold, the pita tasted like it had been stored on the top of an HVAC unit, and they packed the entire pita with veggies before putting a dollop of old chicken on top.

The men making the food were great guys. I ordered a bowl with steak, chicken, rice, and veggies. The steak and chicken were inedible. All of the meat was fat. Absolutely horrible, will never be back,

Twice I have ordered a build your own bowl with pita and not received the pita. The food was mediocre, rice very dry. Poor service.

I was so hungry a d feeling unwell so I order with Uber eats. I was awaiting very excited to eat my food, and oh dear, if I just knew! The chicken was fully burnt (it was completely black like charcoal) so unfair to do something like that to anyone and have the nerves to make people pay for it.
Manager should be supervising his personnel better.
