Last night I came to pick up an order for me and my parents. This was like my second time coming in a young lady named Jessica was giving me my order, and she asked me for confirmation and I gave her the names and she became super ignorant with me and just basically threw me my food with an attitude that was disgusting and then as I turn around to get in my car I can see her throwing her hands up as if she had been talking to her other coworkers about me just by her body language. I definitely did not enjoy my experience I just think with that attitude it makes people not want to come back to this establishment but overall the food was great but her customer service was very inappropriate.

Best burgers in the area! - you can tell they are made with care. The burgers actually look like they do in the pictures. Ian, our server, was friendly and asked how the food was - we have always had great service. Plus the food is amazing - awesome burgers and hot SmashFries are the best!
This was my first experience at SmashBurger and it would be the last. The staff were friendly even though they looked understaffed. We had the mushroom burger and the hot chicken tenders and they both were greasy. I couldn't finish the 5 tender pieces. My husband forced himself to finish the burger and got sick when we got home. I gave 3 stars to the staff and the fries which was really good.

Vegetarian options: The black bean burger is really decent and the service is superb. Big ups to Jessica and Janet. They go above and beyond to make sure you are in a great space while you are eating in. I recommend this place for sure, always good service

I would’ve given you 5 stars… but I am super upset that they took the jackfruit burger away. What was the purpose of that? There’s not too many people that serve alternative burgers and I get it it may not have been doing good in sales, but if you market it more, people who like vegetarian meat would come here and get that burger.!! Just because we don’t eat meat, don’t mean that we like bean burgers all the time and you took away the diary free milkshakes??? !! I’m so sick of business taking away what customers like!!
