Ordered venti pink drink with light ice. When I drink everything still were over 3/4 of ice. I'm back to the barista and ask about light ice and he reply " light ice is only one scoop less then regular ice". It means regular ice is a full cup even if it's small ,grande, venti and light ice is a 3/4 of any cup.
Never go there again.

Worst starbucks experience ever. Rude staff. Awkward mobile only ordering. They bark orders at you and close their walk up window in your face after waiting 15min to ask where our food was. Please re-staff and re-organize the operations here.

The barista working today, 9/6, at 6 PM should either warn customers that their coffee is extremely hot or lower the temperature. I've never burned my mouth SO badly. Additionally, my frappe was only filled 75%, which felt like a rip-off. I recommend avoiding this location.

The service in this location is lacking. Went this morning and the mall was empty. We were second in line. One barista, one person on the register and one stocking. After the person in front of me ordered the cashier started to make all the pastries while the Barista made drinks all the while chatting which I do not have an issue with until the person in front of me got their order and I stood there continuing to wait to have my order taken. The cashier started to work on mobile orders while I waited. We made eye contact a few times and the line behind me started to build so she takes a sip of her drink and walked into the back area??? After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to spend my coffee money elsewhere. This is not uncommon for this little location. The place outside Nordstrom was quite the opposite experience. Customer service is still important.

It was such a nice Starbucks environment, but there was horrible service. This ruined my Mother’s Day with my mom. I asked a polite question about my drink because it didn’t look like everything I asked for and I got completely ignored and I saw two workers give me dirty looks. Incredibly rude service and I will not be coming back.

Was here on a weekday afternoon, not busy at all. They were only accepting mobile orders so I ordered and waited with one other person for 10 mins before getting the notification that my drink was ready. Walk up and they see me in the window but ignore me for another 5. They gave me a bogus frap that was leaking all over the cup and hardly had any flavoring in it, tasted like ice. She also finally gave to the window and just hands it to me with a blank stare and says nothing.
