Horrible service. I got there and there was no line however I waited a few minutes for someone to take my order. There were 5 people working but they pretended to not see me. Then, when someone finally decides to take my order she simply walked away as I was placing the order to go do something else. As she's walking away from me she screams at one of the baristas to finish taking my order. I had to start my order all over again with the second barista. When I drank my latte it was so unbelievably hot that it burned my tongue and throat. I understand lattes are supposed to be hot but this one was at boiling temperature.
