The manager was rude and did nothing to help me when I made a mistake. I went to a different sweet greens the same day and they were very accommodating and nice. Would recommend staying clear of this location and going to another one.

Went in to get a Miso Glazed Salmon bowl but they were out of cucumber. Not a huge deal, but when I was served the smallest portion of rice I’ve ever been served here and asked for a little more, the associate said it would be an additional charge. So you don’t have all of the ingredients to complete this bowl, and I can’t have a full serving of rice? TERRIBLE! I frequent this location often because of work, but never again.

This place needs to fire its employees or teach them how to talk to customers. I ordered two bowls of Hot Honey Chicken (something I eat once a week) in their downtown location’s and they barely put any Sweet Potatoes in it. After I complained 3 times about portions, the employee and her manager both said that’s our portion size. I called their bullshit because I eat this every week. To add injury to insult, the person right after got more than DOUBLE of sweet potato portion. When I called her out, she doubled down saying what you got was right. I couldn’t believe I had to made my point 5 times and they still refused to correct it. No wonder this is the worst rated Sweetgreen location in the chicago area. Never coming back here again.

Sweetgreen always comes through. I use the app, work nearby, place orders for pickup. I love blackened chicken with anything. I like to throw the pickled onions into whatever I get. I love the allergen guides which helps me to stay gluten free, nut free, soy free... and opt in to dairy when I fancy.

Absolutely delicious salads. I am a whole food plant-based vegan my wife and I and this is just a must place to go. Highly recommend the tofu, the sweet potatoes and the spicy broccoli. And of course the spicy cashew dressing and the miso ginger dressing. Unbelievable!!! Clean restaurant and very nice workers... Excellent a plus and extremely healthy

I've ordered here a fair amount over the past 3 years with hopes that it's going to be great every time...I still have not learned. I just got a menu salad for $16 that was fine. Brussel sprouts were soggy, kale looked eh and portions for each topping were inconsistent. I love the idea of sweetgreen and think they have had periods where the salads were great - but I haven't had a great experience here for at least a couple years. At $16 for just a salad (without a side or drink), I'm not coming back soon.

after a long day of not eating, i searched for a healthy meal restaurant nearby me and I came across this place. As soon as I walked in i could sense of feeling that my meal was not going to be pleasing after talking with the very unpleasant and unfriendly staff. I was not even greeted as i enter the door. As i picked my options, i was told that i would be charged extra for a little bit more of toppings. I came up to the register and payed $40 for little portions for meals of me and my boyfriend. After digging I found a little creature swimming in my food. this was not anything i was expecting after looking at a nice place and after a long day. I then threw out my entire meal after it was un eatable. I am very very very angered by this after spending a large amount of money on over priced food. I will never return here and i hope no one comes to this restaurant to experience what i had gone through.

I cannot express how bad of an experience it was eating here. Slimy gross food. The employees gave little to no portion on the food either and the meal was 22$!!!!! Do not i repeat do not eat here at sweet green in oakbrook. I hope the staff can get their stuff together, i am not sure if she was having a bad day or if she treats every customer like this.

They were out of everything, and the employee could not multi task a hot honey chicken bowl and custom salad (kept accidentally putting whatever she’d put into the hot honey bowl into my salad). Spent $28 and my husband and I are now on our way to chipotle. Typically don’t write reviews but they are always soooo rude here. Very upset with what’s happened to sweetgreen.
The icing on the cake is she wiped her nose with her hand before handing me our bowls.
Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. Salad was not chopped properly. Lettuce stems were still there, wondering if greens were even washed. Service was below average

HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Came in around 6:45pm on Friday 8/30/24 for takeout, all the food was stale or out of stock. My bread was so expired that it hurt my teeth trying to bite into it. My two salads were both made incorrectly after repeating my order four times. I received two pieces of broccoli in my salad that was $19. The ceaser salad dressing is also really fishy tasting. so gross.

We have been frequent customers at this branch, but today we experienced one of the worst services we've encountered. One of the staff members, Airany, was particularly disappointing, demonstrating a lack of professionalism with a rude and indifferent attitude. The food was handled carelessly, and her behavior throughout the entire order process was unprofessional. When we asked for a bag to carry the bowls, she simply tossed it to us with a lack of consideration. Given the prices charged by this establishment, there should be a stronger emphasis on properly training their staff to ensure a better customer experience.
