Terrible experience! The food was some of the worst I've had. The salad chicken (crispy) ice cold. The dressing was suppose to be ranch...it wasn't and was very spicy. The soup...cold and over all terrible! Could not even eat it. We were the first table sat once they open, did they even attempt to cook the chicken or was that left over from the night before? We wont be back!

My experience at your restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. I made a reservation on OpenTable, yet when we arrived, staff had no record of it. This was supposed to be a birthday dinner for my son, and while the restaurant was empty—which was fine—the service and handling of our order were not. We explained clearly to the waitress that my husband has a serious food allergy. She assured us that the dish he ordered did not contain any of the ingredients he must avoid. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and honestly didn't taste good. Worse, we discovered that the food did contain garlic and onion, which made my husband extremely sick. There was no manager on duty. The chef came out instead, and rather than showing concern, he acted dismissive and insisted the chicken sandwich had no garlic—yet the fries he prepared absolutely did. They eventually remade his meal, but by then the damage was done. My husband was sick for three days. You are incredibly lucky his allergy wasn't life-threatening, because this level of carelessness could have cost someone their life. The entire experience was terrible from start to finish.

This is a new cool place for the kids and adults to hang out. We came to celebrate a birthday party saw bunch of cool drinks, desserts and food items that we wanted to try. When we came in the menu was very limited, no mocktails, no special desserts that looked so cool online. Our waitress took forever to bring our food or take any our orders. There were about 4 more tables beside us so it wasn't very busy. Should have went to Dave's and Busters.

So much fun! Took my boyfriend here for his birthday !! We got complimentary shots ! The bar attendant assisted us because we was ther so early so we just sat at the car ! We had a ball ! Games , 3D game, food and drinks 10/10 !! Super affordable!! Everyone was so nice !

My boyfriend and I drove an hour to this place for his birthday. Unfortunately we could not enjoy because they were closed for a private event. A heads up on the website would have been great. Very disappointed.

I am so dissapointed. I hypped this place up to my friends that were visiting from out of town. We planned our whole day around brunch and video games. We saw an add for All you can Fun Sundays, which was $30 for a few hours of free play at the arcade. We got dressed up and I was planning to film some content and post on my social media because this place looks fun but is always empty. They told us they no longer do the all you can fun even though it was still up on the website. You lost out of $180 plus drinks and food purchases because of false advertising and I'll definitely not bring any friends ever again.

We saw online that they had a deal for $30 to play from 10am-1pm with unlimited play and attractions. We showed up with friends from out of town and they said it would cost us $40 for only one hour. The place doesn’t honor what’s on the website, I would highly recommend going to other bar arcades in the area
It was a really fun location. I went here with my sister for her birthday and we spent around 6 hours here. They have 3 escape rooms, 4 virtual reality experiences, and an arcade. The jumanji virtual reality experience was the best one I ever did. It really felt like you were in jumanji. I definitely recommend checking it out. It was so fun, I came back with my husband and little brother. They both loved jumanji too and they are hard to impress.

This is a great place. However, I can definitely see they are extremely understaffed. Our server and our game staff were very nice despite the lack of staff. We patiently waited and understood their dilemma. The burger was ok. Fries were delicious. Our VR game was so fun. Hope they get the staff they need so everyone has a positive experience.
