Worst place. they cant answer their phone. Manager was suppose to give me a call over a week ago. still hasnt. Placed an order on their app they did not have anything I ordered. No problem, refund the order. apparently thats too hard and they cant answer their phone or call back so a manager can do it. manager is never there. call dunkin/baskin customer service and the owner was suppose to call me 2 weeks ago. didnt get a call. call them again and "they will try again" $35 on items I didnt get and they cant refund

I ordered Uber this evening and when I recieved my order which was supposed to be 5 items, I only recieved 2. I called and called no answer. They did not try to contact, did not try to communicate anything with the driver. They aren't answering the phone even though their 24hrs. I would like a full refund of my order.

Went in there for ice cream and saw/had a few problems:-staff was all in the back of the store-there were large chunks of ice in one of the cones we got-saw portions of a different ice cream flavor in another one's container (saw that in multiple containers)-cones were stale-worker said the brownie sundae was discontinued but then why is it still on the baskin robbins website?

Horrible customer service. The girl on the intercom made me think she was going to do something to my food the way she was laughing & questioning my order. Scared to go back, so I definitely won’t be.
This Dunkin Donut/Baskin-Robbins is the worst employees. The management need to hire new people who know what they are doing and listen to customers order I went through the drive thru ask for medium coffee with sugar. I am cam back to work and found I have cream instead of sugar. They have a lack of hearing problem. I am lactose intolerant if I would have drank that coffee without knowing I would have been rushed to the hospital. WOW!!! WOW!!.

I asked for a shake and they gave me a cup of milk so I asked them to add a little more ice cream and it said they added ice to it to thicken it. I won't be going to this one again.
