Went for milk shakes for my wife and I at 9:00 PM. CLOSED!!!! SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN UNTIL 10:00PM.

Went in June 1st. The cashier was sitting at a table than walked behind counter once I walked in. No greeting or eye contact or anything. I asked for a scoop of ice cream than asked if I can have a banana split but asked can I get it in a cup instead of the boat container it comes in due to not being able to eat it while driving and holding it. He shook his head no. I explained why I wanted it in the cup he shook his head no again. It was close to closing time maybe 30 minutes before closing so I just purchased the one scoop and left. I wouldn't had purchased anything but my loved one wanted it badly and since it was close to closing time I wouldn't had time to go to another before closing. The one at this location was rude to not speak or say anything to me the whole time such as a greeting or asking how he can help me or even the word no to my request, he didn't thank me for coming in or for my purchase. He stood behind the counter and didn't say a word. He also didn't wash his hands. I didn't care about that since he wasn't touching the ice cream just the end of the scooper but if I'm going to write a review it should be about everything he did wrong because he didn't do anything right. I used to like this location when this woman used to work there I came every morning before work and she was so nice running the drive through and inside lobby. I don't know if she still work there but if doesn't they loss a really sweet, compassionate worker. Due to the guy from Saturday interaction I won't be back and will go to another ice cream spot that isn't a Baskin-Robbins or Dunkin Donuts. All the location I've been too have had their share of rude workers and their share of nice workers. But the rude ones always keep the customers from coming back.

Says 24 hours but baskin robbins closes at not sure the time they just dont feel like making shakes or cappuccino blasts if its past 5 pm ....has happened more than once

I tried to place an order here today and the lady at the drive through was extremely rude. In the middle of my husband ordering, she cut him off to say “k what else”. So, we drove off..and won’t be returning.

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate shake and three scoops of butter pecan ice cream. I got home and tried the ice cream and it was not butter pecan, it tasted like someone poured coffee in the ice cream. I tried calling the store, they never picked up the phone and the phone number is to a cellphone which the voicemail is not set up. I will never go to this baskin ribin again.
