It was my first time here and I ordered a turkey tip and wing combo. It was dry and unseasoned. It barely had any sauce on it. I will never go here again.

I was optimistic because of the reviews! 4.6 star review compared to the others in my area and I must say, I’m disappointed. The sauce is good but the rib tips are tough, almost like day old or something. They were not fresh and the baked beans were maybe canned with a little more brown sugar. Honestly, I ended up throwing the food away. It is good presentation, but the food is unfortunately, no.

I may have to try this restaurant again because I see all the raving reviews, however, I was not impressed with the rib tips. I couldn't tell if they were completely done because they looked more pink than I would prefer. I ordered via UberEats. I'm new to the area, and the restaurant is about 15 mins away. I was super annoyed that I had also ordered some baked beans. Well they didn't make it in the bag, so the entire experience was annoying and bad.
Sometimes people answer the phone they will be rude then put you on hold for long periods of time. Don't say hold on pick up phone and start talking to someone else. Food is good but the service can use some improvement.

I never in my whole life tasted bbq like BoFill bbq....and that not a good thing ...I don't even know if you can call this bbq....there is no bbq flavor at all literally absolutely not a drop of bbq flavor...the Ribs tips was seasoned ok, the links was cooked good....but this isn't bbq....it is almost like they cooked the meats in the oven or something....the sides was mid they wasn't horrible just mid........the customer service was really good the lady at the front did a wonderful job ... the place was clean....but how did you all not have ribs at 1:30pm when you all open at 12pm......these is no smoke taste or bbq taste to their food........ there is no indication that the chicken is fry but perhaps I misunderstood the menu idk..... I do deeply appreciate that it is black owned and I gave it a try.... But I can not support black bbq that tasted like the ribs tips are cooked over an open burner of the stove and seasoned and served to the customer.....i will be more interested in donating to you all business to help you all improve on it.... I hope for y'all future self that you all achieve success in the bbq market
