I have had nothing but great experiences there. You can tell that everyone there has been properly trained and customer service is their number one concern. I’ve always been a fan of Culver’s food and it also seems like it must be a good place to work as well. Because regardless of training if the employees aren’t happy it doesn’t matter. We were siting to go eat and the first bit I took there was a big piece of plastic in my chili they ask if I want a new one and I said no because how do I know if that one no going to have more plastic in it and we ask for a refund and 10 minutes later after he was done talking we finally got one but we said card and they gave ask money.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were offered samples while dining there, and staff members offered to take our trays after we had finished eating and were just socializing. The staff greeted every customer who entered. It is my and my friend's favorite place to go to catch up for hours!

Today was my first trying a burger from Culver's. I ordered the Bacon Deluxe Value basket. The fries were fresh and delicious. The burger was cold. Not even close to warm. I went to the drive-thru to let them know. They remade my burger with no issues. Thank you for great customer service. The remake was delicious. I will definitely be returning.
