I come here once a week. I normally get 2 bowls of soup and my boyfriend gets 1 in addition to the other food we get. Today I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to get our soup to go. They wouldn’t sell us more than 2 cups of soup. Thats very irritating considering the fact we get 3 bowls every weekend. I can go down the street and get a whole quart of soup from another breakfast place. I will continue to come here because I love the food and service from Rachel but they need to step it up for sure. Sometimes they don’t even have soup.

Came into the restaurant with my husband that was using a walker I had a service dog with us the waitress was that comfortable with service dog be in the building. The waitress was very slow to serve us. And I asked for a refill on my drink she did not come over to refill the drink I had to ask another waitress to fill up the drink for me because she was too busy serving other people when she finally came over she picked up the glass from the other waitress and filled it up to the very top in overfilled it spilled it all over me all over the table by I asked for a manager said there was not a manager available at the time. The thing that really angered me the most when I ask for a cup of ice for the iced tea was drinking she turned her back and walked away. Will the food came I had ordered the number eight and gravy eggs sausage the sausage gravy was nothing but pure flour and water and salt and pepper it tasted like garbage I guarantee you I would never walk back to this restaurant again I paid my bill and they actually were vacuuming me before after I left and I heard the waitress say to me this should not have happened this lady should have had her dog in here because I am partially blind and I have a hard time and nobody helped me at all

Now and days it’s hard getting a good quality breakfast for under $25.00. I always order online it’s always ready fast. Always hot fresh and delicious and did I mention the price is under $25. The customer service is always amazing. The lady always says good morning baby :) 10/10 highly recommend

Bad service they gave us the wrong check they charged you four dollars if you pay with credit card she forgot our pancakes with our meal didn’t ask if we needed any condiments we ask for cups of soup and charge for bowl and those were cup air sure very disappointed
Normally I don’t write a lot of bad reviews but today was special , brought my family in this morning for breakfast and ended up with the worst waiter I ever experienced, heavyset blond lady , the whole experience was bad but 1. The table they set us down at was too small , and i tried multiple attempts to hand her dishes we were no longer using and multiple times she walked away . While sitting we asked for two things 1. More syrup 2. Another fork she gave us one small cup of syrup and all 5 of us had 2-4 pancakes each , when asked she leaned over me to look at the one that came with the 5 order of pancakes as if we’re doing something sneaky , and when my wife asked for a fork she paused and seem upset we asked for anything . 2. My food came maybe 4-5 mins after everyone else food and while I was pouring syrup on my pancakes she came and brought the check and walked off lol I never seen nothing like that in my life . We seem rushed and uncomfortable and while looking at the check we realized the tip was already included which then made sense of the bad service last but not least my wife decided to take her food home since we got the check while still eating and because of all the dishes she never came to get her food ended up on the floor because one small push of a plate sent it over board .. worst experience in my life . Everyone else was cool the manager tried but I wouldn’t recommend
