Been ordering pizza from Oak Forest location for over a year with no issues. Tonight was a different story.. Smaller in size, hardly any sauce or cheese, thin as saltine crackers and over baked.. What happened to quality ?? I'll be moving on ....

Its crazy how sloppy they have gotten at fixing this pizza. What i pickup tonight is crazy. It taste and look like a frozen Aldi store bought pizza for $2.99 than something handmade. I hope I stop somebody from going and try another company or hopefully a BETTER location. Last time they had to make my pizza over bc it was BURNED which is often. Its like the people who make the pizza is LAZY and dont care. They act like they're giving me a free pizza. No sir, im paying my money for a sloppy job.

I know we ordered at a busy time, but to call and ask for status multiple times and your food to just never show up is unacceptable. Store just straight up lied about the status and we waited all night for no dinner. The app said delivered, but the employee doubled down it was wrong and they still had the food. Today's service was not all that well, the guy who took my order had an altercation with an individual before me regarding a pizza. Took my order next, he definitely wasn't in a good mood, didn't even ask my name for my order and I had to ask for my receipt at the end, since my order had no name I ended up waiting more than 30min, I waited inside, no one even checked up with my order all that while it was just sitting waiting for it to be claimed. Next time an employee has a hard time, try not to take it out on the other customers. Thanks.

I walked into the Oak Forest Domino's and i was pleased to see how organized the staff is there. They were busy but I was greeted, the young man was on the phone but he still greeted me and asked me to give him a sec. I looked in the back and everyone was busy, it was no one standing around, no one on their phone. A young lady came from the back to ask if i was taken care of, i said no and she jumped right in to help me. It was so amazing to see. Shout out to the MOD. She runs a tight shift and it shows. Thank you for a great customer experience. Keep up the great work!

The food was good and hot. The service was good. The atmosphere was small but clean for a small establishment. I had to wait about 20 minutes for two medium pizzas and a 6 piece chicken but the wait time was shorter than what was told to me, so I’m guessing that’s okay. I didn’t like that ordering the chicken was more expensive than the pizza. Overall, I’ll go back.

Man, this 9.99 will always bring me back. Ordered a hand tossed extra cheese extra sauce extra pepperoni well done. Home run. Delivered piping hot, and just right. And I’m a pizza snob. Gave the delivery guy a chunk of what I saved on the deal. I had to force myself to stop eating. Completely unexpected!
