Don't waist your money I believe almost every other Dominos is better than this location. And just seeing the reviews I notice the owner keeps deleting the reviews cause almost all reviews are from 3 years or older. I remember my friend that lived near by ordered food it was like a deal with pizza and a 2 liter pop. Let me also say it was delivered to his house the pizza came but no pop the delivery person said he forgot it and will bring it on the next delivery even tho it sounded stupid but we said sure no problem. Well he never showed and when we called to see what happened to our pop that we definitely needed to wash down the food the manager which was a lady said he delivered it and we had a big argument. We complained to dominoes HQ they definitely sent them the message cause the owner calls me which I found out its a sole owner domino's doesn't own it so the owner calls tells me he's sorry whatever I told him how your establishment is wrong and needs to fire the manager for her actions on this case. Well lol I go a week later to pick up a order the same lady I believe was on the phone was serving me she literally tells me this is your order I said yes she returns the pizza in the warmer and tells me I'm not allowed to order food from there again lol not only that she barred me from online orders which I never knew they can do. This place is horrible and the owners name was Tony I thought he was honest on the phone turned out to be a real jerk. Hope you don't delete this post cause I'm gonna keep writing again and again and again well bye jerky Tony I know you see these reviews.

I recently visited your Oak Forest location around 8pm on 11/11/2023 and had an incredibly frustrating experience that left me extremely disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed one of the employees engrossed in a phone call, seemingly working on a previous order that went wrong. This wouldn't have been an issue if they had acknowledged me or prioritized our needs, but unfortunately, that was not the case.A couple who arrived before me took the time to look at the menu before joining the line. It was quite frustrating to witness the employee finish their phone call without saying a word or even acknowledging our presence. It felt as if our time and patronage were not valued at all.To make matters worse, the employee proceeded to remake the incorrect order without washing their hands or wearing gloves. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, especially considering there were at least five other employees within eyesight. It was discouraging to witness such a lack of attention to basic hygiene standards.As I waited for the order to be remade, the person behind me asked if anyone was working the register. Instead of a polite response, an older lady employee rudely replied that no one was working the register at the moment, while the other five employees stood idly by. This level of indifference from the staff was both shocking and disappointing.At this point, the couple behind me decided to leave, clearly fed up with the situation. Finally, the employee who hadn't washed his hands handed me my order, which I had made online. However, they didn't even acknowledge the extensive wait I had endured.Given the complete lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and overall disregard for customer service, I have made the decision that this will be my last time ordering from this particular location. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in quality and customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the overall experience for future customers.

When I placed order it says ready in 14 to 16 minAfter I get there 10 min nobody showed up after that guy name Edwin says its gonna take one hour.Common man who’s going to wait 1 hr 15 min for dominos pizza or just update your busy time frame so people can get idea before they wait 1 hr

Ordered online to save %50 right? What a shit hole this place is. Manager should be fired IMMEDIATELY!!! He gives two craps about customers. Employees are just lazy do nothing robots. THE OVENS DO THE WORK FOLKS!!! One hour after order it still was not being prepared according to on line tracker. Went to store and it's a bunch of dopes bouncing into each other making half assed excuses. Time went from 10 minutes to TWENTY TWO while in store. OHOW THE HELL does order time increase after an already hour wait. You people are killing us pillaging the public with prices the least you could do is give a rats ass about getting food out. You are the very worst of the worst. I hope you lose your franchise and this is just another memory business in Oak Forest. ROT!!!!

The cook working Tuesday night 9/5/23 made phenomenal pizzas. We ordered again tonight and both of them r garbage and they messed up both pizzas. They're both missing cheeses and ingredients and both orders r wrong and they shafted us on the veggies too. I m so disappointed I'm considering bringing it bak and asking for a refund, which I have never done with food. Will not return
