Theyre never stocked, never have anything i want, and they were all outta mini tote bags for the promotion today by the time i got there they advertise stuff and then they dont have it false advertising and all the doughnuts were gone they had nothing will not be returning to this location

Absolutely igorant at this location. Ordered 1 black coffee, an iced coffee and a selected variety of munchkins. She handed the coffees to us, and said have a nice day. When questioned on the munchkins, she huffed over it. Ignorantly asked, variety? No, only chocolate, old fashioned and glaze as I cannot have donuts with the sprinkles. The lady insisted on dumping some into the 25 CT box unbeknownst to me until we drove off. I paid $9 to select my donuts and she chose to pick them herself. Aggressively handed them to us an shut the window. Most igorant dunkin I have ever gone to. I had one issue at the Crestwood location and within an hour they called to correct it. If you dont like dealing with customers and their customized orders, get out of the industry. Absolute disgrace to the Dunkin Brand!

They pulled me around for a small order. To top it off they gave me the wrong size drink. I told the lady and she said no we charged you for a medium. I check my receipt they in fact charged me for a large and I got a medium. Then I try to call not once but twice and no answer! You will be seeing me soon for a free drink and I will have my receipt. This is the second time this happened.

FOr this to be their newer location, this place is horrible. I like the other location that was on 159th instead. The people who worked there were nicer. The food came out better. And they were quicker. I’m sure they changed locations to get more customers, but they truly messed up here. No matter how you explain your order they still get it wrong. They dont listen and just rush you through your order and still get it wrong. I hate going here.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at your Dunkin’ location today.

Date & Time of Visit: Today at 6:33 PM
Order #: 876
Order: Large Hot Original Coffee, 4 Caramel Swirl, 4 Regular Cream & Sugar (based on the label on my cup)

When I placed my order in the drive-thru, the employee who took my order did not listen to me carefully. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. Because of that, my order was made incorrectly.

Additionally, when I asked about using my Dunkin’ rewards, I was told that they are not using rewards anymore, which I know is not true. This added to the frustration, and the whole service experience felt very disrespectful.

I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I kindly request that you look into this issue, address the behavior of the staff involved, and make sure customers are treated respectfully and given correct information. I would also appreciate a refund or replacement for the incorrect order.

Thank you for your time. I hope this matter is resolved.

Just wow. 1.7 stars says it all. Rudest and most unprofessional people anywhere. Maybe owners of this place used to acting like this in India but no way to treat customers like this here. Take business elsewhere. These people do not deserve it

Going into 2026 very soon and it’s sad how some people show their prejudice. This morning I went inside the Dunkin’ because I wanted to use my points for one free coffee and one of my favorite ice coffee.

When I walked in, there was a guy and his son first leaving out and the cashier was nice to them, however when I walked in the store, I’ve felt her mean look.

I was polite and placed my order and explained to her I wanted to redeem my points for the coffee. She had an attitude like I was making her job harder, but rung me up. She wasn’t welcoming. People like her a person can trust especially if they are making your drinks and food. I had to really watch her when she was making my drinks. When she gave me my drinks, I’ve smiled at her and thanked her, she wasn’t welcoming, cold and stared at me like I was nothing.

As a woman who once was a cashier at a couple of restaurants during my college years , I was raised to treat people how I wanted to be treated. Of course we all people that are different races and cultures from all over. She wasn’t welcoming to the gentlemen whom came in behind me and he too is an African American.

I offer this advice, if you don’t want to work for and in the public, find another job that is fitting. To the manager and even the owner of this store. I suggest that the staff need be more trained with customer service and even go over the code of ethics and conduct. You lost me as a customer and I will not return back to this location and plan to contact corporate Human Resources.

Also, to the cashier whom had the nasty disposition this morning around the 8:30 AM to 9 am, fix the attitude. I also suggest that she may need to go to a waxing and threading salon, her mustache didn’t help with my experience either.

Season Greetings. I will continue to run with Dunkin, but not this one!

Do not order online from this location. I ordered two times in a row and i didn't get my food and the uber guy ended up cancelling my order. And the big reason is the guy who's working on night shift. Because every time he messes up the order and says they don't have that particular food, to maa fadava Uber eats rakhyu chhe fadyao. Ae flavour na hoy to dofa biju flavour aap.

If I could give no stars to this location I would. They have to be the worst representation of the franchise. They always get my order wrong. They have the rudest customer service. They just don't care. I will go out of my way to visit a different location or visit the Starbucks across the street!
