This was the third time I order from the app and my order was wrong! Food missing and food They gave me was not worth the $$ paid! Brisket scramble not worth it and the cheese burnt on the wrap!! And my co- worker said they just was there and they messed-up on a muffin! How do you mess- up with a muffen?

I get coffee at 10 on most days and their coffee is usually great I love it, but today I went and I got my usual and it tasted so burnt I didn’t realize until I got home. I had to go back up there and I told them that my coffee doesn’t taste right and the man just made it over my coffee taste the same from when they gave it to me the first time. TERRIBLE! I’m so unset because I’m always here.

Sad to literally be here now at 4:11am to find them closed as it says on google they’re open currently and open at 4am. Need to have correct times for customers especially with Amazon across the the street needing coffee. And the lady see me at drive three window asking what time they open and she laughs and ignores question horrible horrible but when I start recording she then responds crazy work. People pulling up asking her if she open open she playing dumb. I come all the time never received this type of customer service as I work at Amazon right across the street

This dunkin is terrible lately. I just left and got the smores cold brew. They didn’t put the marshmallow cold foam, they put a non existent amount of regular cold foam. It tastes like milky disgusting water. I used to come here every single morning but the inconsistency of the drinks is not worth wasting your money on.
They don’t pay attention on weekends. Two weekends in a row my coffee was burnt and tasted terrible. I won’t spend my money here again I’ll go to a better location with much better tasting coffee.

This app made me give them a star I just want to share how they just treated me I was working security across the street and stopped there in the drive thru to purchase a large coffee sugar and cream and a shot of espresso add caramel and to orders of potatoes. I was running late and accidentally pulled off with out getting my change I couldn’t go back until my lunch break to go back so I went back to get my change and the manager told me nothing he could do come back in the morning I explained to him that I was just here temporarily and I live way in the city he couldn’t care less come back and see the morning manager I guess they just going to take my change and keep it I asked him to run the camera back he basically was laughing at me.
