Most of the time service is ok
Today it was great
Old, worn, and dirty tables, chairs, walls, floor, machines, etc. Never fills the coffee to the top of the cup. Showed them how I was missing over an inch of coffee in my cup. Their remedy was to add more ice to fill it up.
Excited that a new DD is being built half a mile away. Will go there once it opens.

If I could give a 0, I would because the service is just that bad. We sat at the drive thru speaker for like 10 minutes before I someone said anything. Then the first thing we hear is HELLO HELLO, rushing us to order. Whoever was manning the window didnāt know what a snack wrap was and then they said they were out of snack wraps. I had to leave , and wonāt be back!
I was missing food and did not get what I ordered. I received something totally different.
I go here everyday. I pretty much know everyone that works there. They make my coffee very good Always. They have it ready for me at all times. The morning crew is fast & great. I'm definitely known there. I'm a mobile App user.
I decided to stop by this Dunkinā/Baskin location for the first time because it was convenient, but Iāve learned that convenience doesnāt always mean quality. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency at this location.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered six donutsāfour Long Johns and two strawberry frosted. At no point did anyone inform me that Long Johns are considered āspecialtyā and would cost extra. When I got to the window, I was shocked to see my total was $12.09āfar more than Iāve ever paid for six donuts at any other Dunkinā. I paid but immediately pulled into the parking lot to check my receipt, confused about the pricing.
When I went inside to ask about it, the cashier casually told me that Long Johns arenāt āregularā donuts and cost more. She showed me a supposed price difference, but even then, the math still didnāt add up. This location is blatantly overcharging customers without informing them. I left and went to another Dunkinā a few towns over to ask if this was their policy, and they confirmed that it wasnāt. So, not only was I overcharged, but I was also charged for two additional ālocal itemsā that I never ordered.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve full transparency when ordering, especially with package deals like a half-dozen or dozen donuts. I will never return to this location, and Iāll be sure to share my experience with family, friends, and colleagues. If you value honesty and fair pricing, I strongly recommend avoiding this Dunkin/Baskin

Slow service
If I could give them a zero rating I would! Scanner didn't work, the place was a huge mess, the girls didn't know what the hell they were doing and my coffee tasted like water! It's been going down hill now for a while, I won't go here again!!
I came to some ice cream for myself and my family. The owners were extremely friendly. They made our day! We have been back and will be back again!
I got a matcha latte on a mobile order and asked for cold foam. came to pick it up and they gave me expired whipped cream š¤¦āāļø
