The food is really good, the jerk sauce is spicy but not over powering has a good taste. Although horrible customer service on the weekdays because of this one employee. He is always rude and arrogant. I don’t know why but he don’t like working there I get it it’s your job. But your in costumer service u have to know how to great somebody with the right tone and manners. He lacks all of that. He darkskin big built and has dark locs that stop to his shoulders. Me and my mom are regulars we would even try to make him laugh but he stuck up.

I have been to Jamaica six times so I know what good jerk tastes like. This place makes good jerk! My favorites are the whole jerk chicken and jerk oxtails. I also love their mac and cheese, red beans and rice and cabbage. The food is plentiful and always piping hot. The Jamaican sliced bread is dense and sweet. Highly recommend this take out restaurant for their delicious jerk.

i’ve read the reviews about customer service and I did not experience anyone being rude. They are overly friendly, but they provided my food in a timely manner, packed it up, and told me to have a good day. jerk chicken was a 10/10 and definitely one of my favs in the south suburbs!

My family has been eating from here for a few months now. We love the food. However the customer service is really bad. The guy at the front who takes orders and answers the phone is pretty rude and isn’t warm at all. They are also notoriously out of something. We’ve endured it because we enjoy the food so much, but that may have to end. Hard earned money is too precious to spend it in places where you don’t feel appreciate, or at the least treated with decency and gratitude.
