My family has been eating from here for a few months now. We love the food. However the customer service is really bad. The guy at the front who takes orders and answers the phone is pretty rude and isn’t warm at all. They are also notoriously out of something. We’ve endured it because we enjoy the food so much, but that may have to end. Hard earned money is too precious to spend it in places where you don’t feel appreciate, or at the least treated with decency and gratitude.

I left super irritated because I waited forever. They told me 25 mins, I came in 35 mins and it still wasn’t ready. It took almost an *hour*. I’m fine with waiting as long as I know in advance how long I need to wait. HOWEVER, the food was so good 😭 I got the lunch special and you can tell it was a special because they was stingy on the chicken and sides. Would definitely go back, but go way later than the given time.

I was in the mood for some good jerk and remember someone bought me a dinner.I contacted them and they pointed me the right direction the food was fresh and they sauce has just the right flavor texture etc it’s delicious.I also had steamed cabbage Mac and cheese and they yams which have no complaints about ether one the cabbage is prepared to perfection we had take one to go I will be back the the next time I’m in town

I visited Jamaica Jerk Choice Inc today I was very disappointed in the quality of the food I received. The Tilapia was over cooked, string beans tasted as it came directly out the can. The plantain was oily and over cooked. I ate some on my friend rice & beans the only thing that tasted good to me. He said the chicken was fresh but he did not like the rice & beans, macaroni & cheese was not good had to add accent and the jerk sauce wasn’t hot enough. Thanks for the past service which was given 5 stars to you received 2 stars.

went in on break from work and told the lady at the counter it was my first time. she was so gracious that she gave me a free sample of the food! It was the best version of Jerk Chicken I’ve ever had. You can taste the smoke flavor! The cabbage and red beans and rice also had a very flavorful flavor. this place is the opposite of bland. If I ever want Jerk anything I’m coming here.

I placed an order 2 and half days prior and it was confirmed through an email that the order was made for pickup. After I got there to pick it up after 11am there were 2 people in the restaurant and no one would open the door or answer the phone. I waited for 40 minutes and then they finally answered phone. And they said they never got it but did take my payment. 3 other people were waiting for them to open to try to oder and they were closed. I tried to ask them to come outside and they wouldn't come out so I could show them my receit of my order. Don't waste your time on coming here.
