I ordered extra crispy and got original. So I called ad told them about it. She said i can bring it back. Its 5pm and traffic sucks. It would take me 30 minutes to get back there. The manager never apologized. Her exact words were ( I'll tell the team. Thx for calling) the original sucked the sin was nothing but fat. I threw out all the skin

This is the Best KFC IN THE SOUTH WEST SUBURBS. The Team was friendly and courteous and made sure our order was prepared quickly and correctly. I was amazed on how quickly they had the order ready and everything was done to perfection. I use to go to the KFC in orland park and they were terrible food wise and attitude wise. It’s been 4 years since I had KFC and I will be back to the Oak Forest location in the future.Great Job to the amazing Team at this location, you guys Rock!

Came to try the newest wraps as well as the double chicken sandwich easy to order, friendly service and quick ? always love that in and out service ?
Placed an online pick-up order. Got there 5 minutes early, saw the bag with my name on it packed behind the line waiting on biscuits. 15 minutes later the biscuits were done and the bags placed in the pick-up area. Needless to say after that amount of time the only food that was warm was the biscuits. Also as a bonus I was missing two extra sides I ordered. KFC is absolutely the worst corporation to try to get a refund from so best to just stay away.

If I could give zero stars!!!!! The store manager is so uneducated this woman was a mess in regards how she spoke to me. The food was horrible and they never answered their phone so when I did get in touch with them the store manager was disrespectful and nonchalant about my experience. You can tell she doesn’t need her position and needs training. She kept asking me what I wanted her to do about it. GUESS WHAT TRY DOING YOUR JOB MAYBE!!!!!!!!!!
