3 stars because The place has good prices and a good Chicken Pita, but that is the only thing I would recommend from them. anything else, they will probably screw up. I used to be an every day customer but after too many bad experiences, I’m going to other places from now on. Too many issues here
Let’s see If you order a Tuna Melt, you will probably get a Patty Melt, happened so many times. If you order a Greek Salad with no Onions, you will still get onions no matter what. If you get Chicken with a salad, it will probably be cold. If you get a French Bread, it might be stale Their Rice Philly Bowl, I got sick from, worst stomach ache ever, So I wouldn’t trust that unless you want to risk Refried Rice Syndrome Sometimes, they only give you a fork, no knife. Even if you just order a Baked Potato
Yeah, it’s just going downhill. you can trust them with a Chicken Pita but that’s about it. anything else, they will likely screw up.

Today was horrible. I order a huge meal for my family. Two orders of chicken nuggets were said on the order. We drive there, get back, distribute food, realize we are missing a chicken nugget and get, call, and the girl is like “we didn’t charge you for it soo..”, I said this isn’t the first time you messed up an order and we aren’t going to come back anymore, and she said “Kay”. They have given us undercooked chicken 3 times, and almost every order is wrong. The bread we got with our salad today was super stale, and they put onions in it when we said no onions. The staff does not care about their customers ever. They act annoyed if you bring kids there. They literally have never gotten a single order right. Please go to Nicky’s in Crestwood because your food will actually be good and fresh and in the bag when you get home unlike here. I cannot stress how badly the experience was tonight. I hope you get bought out by someone else. The worst part? Mickeys in Worth is absolutely perfect every single time. Here? Awful every single time. 0/10 ⭐️s.

Messed up my order & told me they'd give me 20% off the next visit next visit they told me I only had 5 days to use it never told me that the day they gave it to me!! I'm in there a few times a month very poor customer service and top of all of that they started charging 3% more if you use your debit card and never ask how you're paying cash or debit so now I always paid debit if they're going to charge me......

Does everyone else have 1 or 2 issues everytime they order here? Forget cheese on a chili cheese dog, fill the large cup of cheese up half way, never give you the salad dressing you ask for, and don't bother calling in cuz that joke of a manager tries to get tough with you and swear because he's incompetent. Place used to be great, soup & shakes are still good but I don't think even that 🤡💩 could mess up cream of chicken! 🤣
Their gyros are GREAT and their tzatziki sauce is nice. However, their fries absolutely suck lol. I hope they can change their fries one day. I’ve been here multiple times and have ordered different meals before and their fries are sad about 90% of the time. No salt and soggy. Overall great entrees, though. ??

Went through the drive through order was made wrong missing an item called to let them know basically accused me of lying finally said I could come back for the missing item but at this point our dinner was ruined I don’t even want it anymore will not be back here

This place was a good place to eat. The prices are average and the food was very good. I had a DBL cheeseburger, and it was perfect. The only downside is that it took 20 minutes before our food came, and I was on a 30-minute lunch, but it was well worth it.
