I had a horrible experience at Starbucks today. I come here almost every other day for coffee. Before I could get my order taken the worker “KIKI” started to over talk me and told me “what do you even want” i ignored the rude customer service and continued to give my order waiting for my total. She’s tells me “WILL DO” then she is even more rude at the window. The shift lead on this shift watched all this happen and did nothing about it BTW. Plz re train your staff!
I went back and they hadn't put a lot of the honey in there the way I like it when I went back. No problem. They fix it right away so I like the helpful tea that have the lemon and honey try it if you got a cold or you just want to warm up in the morning. Have a great day. Starbucks is on its way

The lady who greeted me at the front was very nice, but I still don't know why they were having a store meeting before the store itself closed for the night. The guy at the drive thru could've had a better attitude too.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a Venti Peppermint White Hot Chocolate and Madeleines. When I reached the window, I was handed part of my order and then given a grande hot mint citrus tea instead of my drink.
I let the barista know that the drink was not my order. In response she insisted i ordered that said ill have them make another, she slammed the drive-thru window shut and stormed away. I briefly honked to get someone’s attention so the incorrect drink wouldn’t need to be remade. A different employee came to the window with another tea, at which point I explained the situation and asked him to check the last order. He confirmed my original order on the screen and found my correct drink already made on the counter.
While I understand everyone can have a bad day as i was told she had been having by the second employee that was very kind and helpful the initial reaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I truly believe this behavior should be addressed, as it does not reflect the level of customer service I’ve consistently experienced in the past.

Juan helped me at the front and made my expresso in a porcelain cup for my cafe order and even brought it to me. excellent service and very accommodating as someone who doesn’t like to drink hot beverages out of plastic cups. It’s the little things like that that really make a difference. 10/10

Bad drive through experience. . .
It’s a great store with awesome workers! They deserve more than they get, heck I could never do that job. Better than other Starbucks, I’ve gone to others, can’t compare to this one.

I wish I could give this place a zero star just for their services and atmosphere. I come to this Starbucks at least twice a week and since the fall drinks came out I have gotten the pecan crunch one twice and each time it has come with the cold foam and it shows that on the app. The manager Megan copped an attitude and said that we were incorrect and tried to up charge us but Ryan who works usually morning times he described the drink to me with cold foam and she said I guess I can give it to you. It’s not the fact that it was incorrect it’s the fact that she sat here with a horrible attitude poor customer service even though the coffee is photoed and described with cold foam then proceeded to dump out half of our coffees and added the cold foam. It’s disgusting.

On May 18th, 2025, around 6:45 PM, I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel drizzle around the cup and vanilla cold foam on top. However, when I received my drink and tasted it, it was disappointing it tasted more like an iced coffee and seemed to be missing the espresso entirely. This was my first time visiting this particular location, as I normally go to the South Holland, IL store before work and have consistently had great experiences there. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a waste of time and money.
On 5/10/25 at 9:29 while at the drive thru I've received the most horrible customer service. The server got irritated because I asked for water at the last minute. You would think after spending 20 bucks for a drink and bagel she would have at least had a better attitude.
