When placing my order I was being rushed as if there were cars behind me. Customer service is awful how they speak to you. It cost you nothing to be polite. I do understand customer service isn’t for everyone however they choose to work with the public. This is a place of business and, you are giving a service. It would be hopeful if the staff would be mindful when dealing with customers. This definitely could bring down business.

I've never been to this location and with the service from yesterday I won't be back. When arriving for a pickup order in the drive thru the cashier informs us the Sprite is out and my aunt chose Strawberry Lemonade and was told that's an additional charge and then said they were completely out of all Sprite then said they had Tangerine and some other one. Please remind staff how much of a disservice this is and to kindly apologize for the inconvenience and offer options without an attitude. Once I explained there was no issue selecting something else and when making a choice there out of that so it was difficult for no reason and when someone is handling your food you don't know what they're capable of doing and that's very unsettling. I wished the young lady well and hoped her day got better. It's interactions like this that can make or break a business. Everyone isn't built for customer service or conflict resolution. I just pray she didn't do anything to the food or drink. My aunt needed to get her blood sugar back up so she still accepted the food.
Just please remind staff it costs nothing to be kind and effective communication goes a long way.

I went through drive thru and ordered a Cobb salad.
4071 167th St, Oak Forest, IL 60452 The salad had no tomato, no onions , no fork, no napkin and no receipt. When I called to complain, poor customer service , wouldn’t give her name and wouldn’t let me speak with a manager and the worker hung up the phone. But SAD to say, I didn’t expect anything better. When people know better they do better!!! Rude and disrespectful!!!! I could have worked with the salad missing items, but the simple fact that she was impolite, made me write this review ☹️

I initially placed my exact DoorDash order, but it took them an entire hour to prepare, so DoorDash canceled and refunded me. I then drove to the location myself (biggest mistake)! I ordered at 9:59 PM. They told me to drive to the side door so they could make my order. They didn’t bring my order out until 10-15 minutes later, even though I was the only person there. There were about four workers that night, and it wasn’t busy at all, so I have no clue why the wait was 15 minutes! I then got home, ate, and quickly threw up after. What an unpleasant experience!

I was sadly disappointed. The cashier at the drive-thru was pleasant. She said the Big Boss was watching over things so I expected an exceptional experience. The food was horrible! Hardly edible! The Son of Baconator sandwiches were old and dried out with little to no bacon. It was not tasty and was successful in making me lose my appetite. Obviously, the Big Boss does not care about the image and quality of his franchise. Wendy's needs to consider better quality franchisees or close bad locations. This one is pulling them down!

Playing around in the back over the intercom while y’all got a line of customers in the drive-thru is crazy work

They are extremely rude here! Some of the staff were outside engaging is explicit conversation while their headset were turned on and broadcasting to the drive through speaker. The young woman working 5/12 at 6:30 pm did not seem to like white people keeping her employed cause she practically threw the bag in my car and was extremely sarcastic with me and I hadn’t even said anything to her. The burgers were over cooked and cold. I hardly go to Wendy’s any more because this is seems to be the only type of employees they attract. I can say after tonight I won’t make it a point to visit again!
