They are extremely rude here! Some of the staff were outside engaging is explicit conversation while their headset were turned on and broadcasting to the drive through speaker. The young woman working 5/12 at 6:30 pm did not seem to like white people keeping her employed cause she practically threw the bag in my car and was extremely sarcastic with me and I hadn’t even said anything to her. The burgers were over cooked and cold. I hardly go to Wendy’s any more because this is seems to be the only type of employees they attract. I can say after tonight I won’t make it a point to visit again!

So first they want you to pull off the window for there timer. Do not do it. They are in there playing around so from now on I am sitting on there window until my order is ready. The manager is dumb and slow because he is the one doing it himself. Horrible experience. Then they put the wrong sauce in my bag I went in to get the right one for them to make me wait 3 mins for a sauce. Hope someone from Wendy’s management really reads this. You have a horrible staff serving food and if they don’t like there job tell them to get another one.

Tonight I order from Uber eats is great I’m hungry, but I was wrong again. The burger was old and dry and cold defrost was hard and not even refried. The chicken nuggets was all dry and a Sprite. Oh my God they put a small cup inside of a medium cup, fill the small cup with ice and put a little pop on top of it to make it sound like it was a lot. I’m looking at the cup like what the hell is wrong with the cup it’s a cup inside of a cup something oh maybe the cup is leaking no cup was leaking. It was just a cup of ice with two drops of pop on it. They need to be re-managed the managers they need to be fired and they need new employees. This is starting to get very ridiculous. Ridiculous.

Very unsatisfied with my visit. What I ordered I didn't get. I ordered a mushroom bacon burger, no bacon extra mushrooms. They gave me no bacon but didn't add extra mushrooms. Mushrooms that they did charge me one dollar for. It wouldn't been a problem if they would've charged for it. I wish I could post a picture of what they gave me.

Again a bag full of cold food old food I swear this was somebody’s lunch they made and didn’t eat instead they sold it out the drive thru I can tell that this happens a lot here cause the manager already knew why I was calling this store on 167th in oak forest need to fire their entire management team cause to continue on blatantly messing up orders and pushing bad product it say the employees don’t care and management is unfit

Went thru the drive thru at this location for the first time tonight. Great customer service and the chili and chicken wrap were really good.
