Out by me in the Huntley area there’s nothing like this place around. You have to drive towards Chicago. I found this beautiful place on Google maps while searching for Ethnic Arabic food and deserts. So, I took my daughter with for the experience and joy of trying something different. As a Middle Eastern myself I remember doing the same with my father growing up.Hands down very impressed with the bakery. I’ll be coming back as often as I can.The picture is of my daughter and I with the owner and his son. Thanks for the great conversations.

My husband and I stopped for a quick treat and was not disappointed. The baklava and Kunefe was delicious. The staff/owner(s) were very friendly and welcoming. They offered a sampling of their coffee that was smooth and delicious. The restaurant and the restroom was very clean. Nice atmosphere all around. We look forward to going back.

Without a doubt, this is the absolute best place for Middle Eastern desserts. I personally have been a regular customer for years, back when it was originally owned. The knaffeh they serve here is always fresh and delicious, and their atayef is simply perfection, deserving a chef's kiss. The staff working at this establishment are always friendly and welcoming, and they kindly offer complimentary samples. The restaurant itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for customers. I highly recommend this place!

Picked up some sweets this morning for Mother's Day and the women helping us was so hospitable and welcoming. She even offered us some Arabic coffee while we were browsing. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The baklava was fresh and the space itself was very inviting. Will most definitely be visiting again.

This store got a new owner:1. Their knafeh is not good. It is "dry" and kind of burned.2. On the counter they offer you an Arabic coffee, which is in the middle east considered a symbol of hospitality, then they charge you for it! That is very disrespectful and insult to the culture.

First time here and omg everything so tried was amazing! I purchased the baklava pistachio and the walnut, definitely love the pistachio more but both good! I also got these walnut pastries and they are my favorite, I can't stop eating them! Will be going back for more! Service was great, the woman there was very polite!
