First time here at this location. Glad I read the menu ahead of time and before going in as the drive-thru had a very long line and after I finally placed my order after waiting about 5 minutes the inside was forming a line too as only one or two registers were open. There seemed to be a lot of young teenagers and young adults working but still a bit miss managed. One of the times in my order was made in the wrong size, and they had to start again but tried to be quick about fixing it. Once we got our concretes and jackhammer, we went back to our car to eat them. They were both made very well and were yummy. It's a bit pricey for ice cream, but I recommend it and will be back if in the area.

The frozen yogurt is nothing short of amazing. Fresh ingredients and made the way you like. Be prepared to pay dearly for this, though. Three small concretes are 25 dollars. I could get 6 pints of Haagen Daz for that price.

The staff after someone came in with a correction on an order were extremely rude. Another staff then yelled a curse word after the customer left in front of a young child. Manager did nothing and seemed in agreement with rude staff member.

I'm a frequent & loyal customer of Andy's, especially this location. (I say loyal because I've introduced a lot of the people in my life to Andy's custard and they know it's my thing :) Normally, this place hits the spot, but lately I have had some poor experiences. Today is one of those days and I just feel the need to voice myself.

I arrived via drive-thru and an employee was standing outside in the rain taking orders. When it was my turn, I pulled up, exchanged awkward hellos, and began my order. Employee needed me to repeat my order a few times in order to get it correct. They offered to use my $5 reward but disputed with me that I did not have the Buy 2 Get 1 Caramel Apple reward on my account and basically told me that they couldn't see their tablet (because of the rain?), even though I showed them I had the coupon on my phone app. So eventually I asked if I could just check out at the window, which was fine. I'm not sure if the window employee gave me the correct coupon as I forgot to ask for a receipt but they did give me some sort of small discount (not sure if it equaled the same value as the coupon I had on my account). I do still see the available coupon on my phone app as I am writing this review. Anyway, after all that, they didn't make my order as requested so now I'm questioning if I paid for more toppings than I received, which all in itself is not a huge deal but tonight's experience leaves me feeling bitter and just comes down to I paid x dollars for a thing so I should have gotten that thing.

I was also there earlier this week within 15 minutes of closing time and noticed that my cup was not quite as filled as it normally is, which I noticed does tend to happen if I place an order closer to closing time at this location.

Another time over this past summer I was accused by an employee of cutting in line (long story) when they didn't witness what happened and took another customer's word for it. When I tried explaining the misunderstanding they wouldn't hear it and kept telling me it's not allowed and to drive to the back of the line.

I still enjoy Andy's custard and thankfully I have had no unpleasant experiences at any of the other locations I've visited, but going to get my favorite treat at the location nearest to me has now caused me some anxiety and I may not continue to spend as much money with this business.
