Products are great but service leaves a bit to desired. Ordered a large Rootbeer float. No straw. How do you drink a Rootbeer float without a straw? How can the server forget it?

Andy's is usually a pleasant experience. I don't know what happened today. The young man at the widow want very familiar with the menus and when I received the order it want mixed all the way through and I've cream was running down the side of the cup when he have it to me. Just returned for a refund.

I went on a Friday afternoon, hubby and I were only ones in the store. He had the key lime concrete and I had the peach cobbler concrete, when I say the best thing I ever had!!! Real peaches inside took it over the top! Can’t wait to come back! Mad I waited to end the summer to find this gem! But don’t worry I’ll be back!
Ordered A Yummy Latte with Caramel/Carmel But, The Drink Did Not Taste As Advertised. It Advertised Expresso Vanilla Frozen Yogurt And A Choice Of Hot Caramel/Carmel, It Didn’t Have That Expresso Flavor. For $7 It Should Have All Components Advertised Unless The Customer Substitutes.
