We pass this place on the way to the airport each time. We weren't able to get ice cream on our vacation so this seemed like a good spot. The frozen custard was really good. My tin cup was excellent, my daughter's shake and my wife's concrete. It was a nice surprise but I see now why there is a line to get in. I have a feeling we will be stopping in more often either to or from the airport.

I was in the area and decided to try this place for the first time. Absolutely the worst customer service. No one acknowledged my presence. So I ended up leaving without any service. This location is very hard to get into with it being right off of Cicero. Basically just wasted 15 minutes of my time for nothing.

A hit delicious. That was my review from a year ago , so if you see my pics I spin the block a few times on Andy, well Andy hasn't been ?, I often order a small so today 3/4/24 , my small got smaller I must be at weight watchers, so I asked young lady why ? And she repeated ,because it's fudge in the Rico suave, they don't apply the custard. i didn't argue the dishwasher looked confused about her reply , so Inquiring minds want to know why I'm paying for smalls and getting tinys portions all this time , even the AD has a full cup all most at least , its out the cup on the ad .

Best frozen custard around. Great jackhammers and I really love their apple pie concrete. Always ask for extra apple tho cause sometimes it needs it. They have a membership To Which is cool.

As a reward from my workouts, I visit Andy's once a week. I personally think the icecream is one of my top 5. The past couple of times there has been alot of misses when it comes to the ice cream cluster. My go too, butter pecan,it isn't consistent when it comes to making them. Ive driving up the drive thru a number of times, customers service isnt the greatest. Giving whomever making it a benefit of a doubt because it suppose to be a concrete ice cream but is made like a Frosty with little to no pecans and lite Carmel. I would recommend this place, but recurrent training is needed when it comes to some of the employees.

Indulging in the waffle cone with dark chocolate custard at Andy's Frozen Custard was an absolute delight for my taste buds. As a fervent chocolate lover, I decided to keep it simple with two scoops of dark chocolate custard on a waffle cone, and it turned out to be an exquisite choice. The custard itself was a creamy masterpiece, surpassing my expectations. Its texture was incredibly smooth, and the richness of the dark chocolate flavor was nothing short of intense. Each spoonful was a luxurious experience, with the custard maintaining the perfect balance between smoothness and creaminess. It was not too soft or too firm, ensuring a velvety consistency that added to the overall satisfaction. The star of the show, however, was the waffle cone. Crispy, and carrying a subtle hint of sweetness, the cone elevated the entire experience to a new level. It served as a perfect vessel for the luscious dark chocolate custard, creating a symphony of flavors and textures with every bite. The combination was undeniably a match made in dessert heaven, where the creaminess of the custard melded seamlessly with the crispiness of the cone. The portion size was generous, and I appreciated that Andy's Frozen Custard didn't skimp on the amount of custard provided. The price was justified by the exceptional quality and quantity, making it a worthwhile indulgence. The service was quick and accompanied by friendly smiles, enhancing the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend trying the waffle cone with dark chocolate custard – it's an experience that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
