The girl at the desk always shows attitude as if she is giving for free, she always gives less and once I saw she added ice cubes to make it full and she always behaves in a very rude way , she don’t know how to behave with a customer. Very bad experience. It’s not only one time she always does that. I used to go often.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a BR, the workers are lazy and lie about not having any icecream. The lady told me that they only had two flavors after we drove 20 mins to this location .. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not go here the service is crap and the manager is a liar. Made me wait 30 minutes past a pick up time and has the nerve to say that she was there at 10:55am when I was standing in their lobby at that time I entered my car at 11:10 to wait some more because at that time she still wasn't there. Can't even be courteous enough to give a little bit of a discount. What a joke!

The two girls working there are incompetent. They messed up my order, did not apologize and gave me an attitude. Then they scooped out the wrong ice cream flavor and scooped in another flavor and gave me melted ice cream. They said the machine didn't work so they couldn't give me a receipt. Don't waste your time or money here.

Music is too loud . I had to yell when making an order inside the shop. Customer service sucks I had to wait till the cashier was done with her conversation before she took my order ..

Every time I come here the prices change, now they charge extra for whipped cream and sugar! Slow service rude people i can not recommend this place. Most Dunkin's now are garbage anyways but this place is irritating!!!
