Been eating here for a while actually ! come to eat here on my breaks for lunch , meanwhile a few days back I was in there and in the middle of eating my food I hear ! This obnoxious absurd comment this one heavy lady must've been telling or I'm sorry correction yelling at an employee! In front of the whole staff let alone us the customers sitting there watching the whole thing it wasn't my place to say anything at the time I was worried i might get this young lady in trouble& I believe her name is Mary or something sweetest cashier I've ever know always gets my order correct, but to this lady that was very unprofessional rude and by far the most disgusting thing I ever seen from a manager I'm guessing she was the manager with her tone of entitlement & her power tripping ass on display that's no way to talk to a person let alone an employee!! Handle things accordingly and respectfully this place should fire this type of management. Now thinking of this , poor staff what they must go through behind doors without corporate knowing how this person treats their employees! A Great restaurant should also welcome a safe environment for its workers ! Not just great service which I know this employee always brought when she would take my order !

Very disappointed with the pepper egg sandwich I had today it was a carryout. I got home and the eggs were like mush. I can’t describe it. I can’t believe it was so bad sorry to say cannot compare to Portillo‘s. I don’t know what it was but the eggs were just not like eggs.
Stay away!! I got the worst stomach ache after eating here. I ordered a chopped salad with no bacon. The salad comes with no bacon but there were a few remaining crumbles of bacon near the bottom of the salad. Was this a salad made a few days ago and bacon scraped off? For 11$ no way. Either way totally yucked out by this place.
