Went to this Burger King to get the SpongeBob meal. Said they didn't have the meal charged me each thing separately. Didn't even have the pie and just for two people that came out to $28 and some change. Ridiculous that they didn't need. They said that they did not have the meal when it's obviously sold as a meal

the “manager”there with tattoos is honestly not good for the company and truly under the influence of something only came here a couple days ago because it was close and the previous staff was nice but it’s gone downhill tremendously

The service was so bad, I stood at the counter while multiple employees did other things. The workers are inept or don’t care. Either one makes it not worth my money. Go to McDonald’s, it’s cheaper at least

I was there earlier today and idk what happened but no one said anything at the speaker i sat there for a good 10 minutes. Then I drove around to the window and see if I could see anyone but I didnt it was like the crew just absconded. And then when I was leaving I saw a mini van with a person sitting in there I couldn't tell if they worked there or not? I mean it looked like they had a fast food hat on. If they did work there it didn't look like they were interested in working. So I drove to another one. Last time I came the service was good but idk what happened this time. Hopefully the crew eventually showed up.

First I would like to start by saying that when I entered the restaurant , they were doing a deep clean of the restrooms and playland it looked and smelled so fresh and clean. Adriana and Angelina had wonderful customer service.

1st it took 10 mins for my order.drive through lady dropped my change on the ground because she wasn't paying attention to me or my hand, then chuckled and laughed and said. "Oops it happens" then got offended when I asked for my money back. Worst Burger King I have ever visited. 9/25/25 Lunch
