I recently moved in two blocks away. My son went up there and waited a long time and order was wrong and then cold. Girls working were goofing around. My husband tried another time and we got chicken sandwiches instead of fish. Today we walked up. Workers were on a cell phone goofing around and sweating. Our food was cold.. also the place is filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floor unswept. Instead of working they were playing around. We will not go back. Since there appears to be no manager maybe the owners don't care!

didnt have any coke and didnt have vanilla shakes either and then had to wait in drivethru for 10 min bc i could get out of drive thru line never will

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers KETCHUP ONLY, 8 chicken fries and an onion ring. (Not all for me). Driving home, Said to myself YES I CANT WAIT TO EAY THIS ITS BEEN YEARS. Silly me, when I get home, my burgers are doused in pickles and mustard. So I threw those away. Chicken fries tasted like a grade school hot lunch meal(should have thrown those away too). Onion rings were burnt. Looked like they were cooked on Venus. Other than that the worker was very nice.

Lady at the counter was rude….. also why have the play place and not have it open. I asked and they said it hasn’t been open since Covid. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

Food was old and not cooked fresh, and fries were fried in old cooking oil. Just because worker's like the food they prep and served in any kind of way does not mean everyone else does.
I went through the drive thru and ordered an impossible whopper with cheese and lettuce only. I drive around to the window, and before I provide payment, I asked if my whopper was cheese and lettuce only, to which they answered yes.I get my food and go home. I open my whopper and what do I see? No cheese, ketchup, and wilted lettuce on a soggy sesame seed bun. I drive back to BK, walked in and very kindly explained what had happened. The person “helping me” (I believe her name was Neomi or something along those lines) proceeded to find my receipt (since I didn’t have my copy on me) and informs me that I did not pay for cheese and would need to pay the difference. Since I didn’t have my card or cash on me, the employee told me there as nothing she could do about it. So I had them make me a whopper with lettuce only and I went on my way.If you work in the restaurant industry (from fast food to fine dining), educate yourself and read “Give'em the Pickle!“ or go get some training from Chick-fil-a.

Always hear bad things about this place but I decided to try it out. It took way too long to get my food. My burger was barely wrapped and it almost fell out of the wrapper on to the floor when I pulled it out of the bag. The burger was cold and the fries had no salt. Not worth coming back here.

Came here for the playplace, found out it is closed indefinitely. Ordered a kids meal and wasn't told they were out of toys, daughter was just given a cookie instead. (We wouldn't have stayed to eat had we known because this trip was meant to reward a child who was expecting a kids meal with a toy and a play place to play in. Much better places to eat a burger if that was all we were going to get anyway.) Then there was only coke, Fanta, diet, and root beer options available for drinks. Just not worth the wasted time and gas. If you're close, cool, but if you were driving 40 min out of your way to bring your children to play in one of the few the playplaces left, don't bother. You're just going to eat mediocre food and stare at the empty playground.
