Order was completely wrong, food was way too salty and the fries were almost inedible from how salty they were. Lids on the sauce were basically melted from the heat. Missed extra sauce and toast I paid for. Tenders were small and had almost no chicken, mostly the hard fried bits on the outside. 0/10 waste of my money, absolutely DO NOT recommend. Take your business to Hangry Cluck.

I bought yesterday on uber buy one get one free I ate one yesterday when I opened the mac and cheese it was cold so I didn’t eat it I added it to the free meal to eat for lunch next day now I’m at work I just smashed the chicken sandwich very good. But I heated the cold Mac and cheese they served me yesterday and omg it has mold in it now I see why it was cold 🥶 ever since they changed owners no good

dont COME HERE. The chicken is NOT seasoned at all, I dont know how this falls under the category of hot chicken, it tastes worse than McDonald’s. The service was nice but they took 20 minutes to give us our order, when they finally gave us the food, the chicken was COLD, the fries had no flavor, the Mac & cheese looks like Kraft Mac and cheese and has no flavor whatsoever. I don’t understand how you take 20 minutes to give us the food and it’s still COLD. For $32 I at least expect hot food. It seems that the employees are more concerned in talking and laughing rather than seasoning and heating up the food. Honestly save your money, go to Dave’s hot chicken or Fry the Coop instead.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. The chicken was perfectly breaded and crispy. The fries were fresh and crispy. Everything was nice and hot, had to wait for it to cool. Wonderful wonderful!!

If you really wanna experience good Byrd’s Hot Chicken. You should just go to the one in Orland Mall. Way better than this location

Ordered the chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint!! It was crispy and well seasoned and served on a perfect brioche bun… Coleslaw was great and the potato salads (both classic & mustard) were on point… loved the 24k side sauce too! So delicious! Definitely coming back and looking forward to trying the mac-n-cheese next time!

So far I’ve only been here twice but I’ve loved it! I got the Byrd bomb and it was so good. The second time I got the chicken tenders and the picture doesn’t do it justice! The tender was so crispy and flavorful. The seasonings were amazing. The fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside and the 24K sauce is honestly worth 24K. That’s probably one of the best sauces I’ve had. This place made a simple comfort meal like chicken tenders and fries to the ultimate level. Definitely a good place to come for comfort food. They also have kind hospitality :)

The food was delicious. I ordered the hot chicken(1) and the byrd bomb(3) the chicken was very tender and well seasoned And the mac & cheese was phenomenal. I recommend the number three. Also the service was good. The food took a little long, but everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was kind and patient.
