Love the food. Service could be better. I miss the samples of food.

After giving this location several chances I cannot give them my money any longer. There are too many resturants that employee hard working people that know how to make an accurate order.
Today ordered my son a bacon 3 cheese sub and me a BBQ Jalapeño
They gave is 2 bacon 3 cheese and one of them they thru Jalapeños on to try to fool us because they made order incorrect. I worked for the chicago franchise owners of BONCHON for years, they are Chinese and the same problem, Chinese cooks that cannot read English and were taught how to recognize the tickets and made orders wrong all the time. That is what is going on at this location of Charley's. And the Chinese woman at the register...the worst!

The lady at the cashiers desk will not any ‘extra’ ingredients even if you confirm with her. If you order online and have extra ingredients the cooks will add it. The lady who takes orders will not. So order online. Avoid her.

If you like steak sandwiches, a great option to buy from. I usually used to order from them under a different name, method is similar but they don't disappoint in the cooking. Always glad to have an extra long drink and fries with mine. Pricey but delicious.

I went there Saturday morning at 12:30am I ordered a 10 peice classic wing they gave me party wings on top off that it was old I will not ever go back there. I was at work in hungry so I went there. I want say the cost but they a$$ was wrong.

Not Good! Ordered the original cheese steak, meat was tasteless and no seasoning and the cheese sauce tasted like nothing. Bread roll that it was on fell apart immediately.

Recently opened in Joliet Illinois. The food was great but cashier was dripping of being so nasty very rude look angry maybe didn't like her job. I Will never go there again. I had to just walk out to avoid a confrontation!!!!!
