Wggrolls are VERY salty. Gravy for egg foo young already clumpy., bland. Beef & broccoli has very little broccoli. Thank God it was only $23.00.

When we lived in the area we used to frequent this place a lot. We recently went back after a few years but idk what happened. Everything had a burnt flavor. It’s a brown sauce they use that seems to make everything taste same. The fried rice the egg rolls my spouse’s dinner all of it had a sort of “burnt” flavor. It was sad to experience that. They used to have such fresh flavorful food now it taste like they reuse the grease over and over and slosh whatever that funky brown gravy is on everything. Like a greasy rancid oil based gravy. Too bad.

This use to be my go to spot for Chinese food in oak lawn. I’ve been going for over 10 years, the last few visits have been horrible. Between the cost and food quality I’m going to start looking around for a better place to go. We tried to give Chens the benefit of the doubt. It’s definitely not worth the money, Look elsewhere..
