The app did not send my order. The amount of meat is ridiculous small. Gthey were out of lettuce, guacamole and something also. i dont recomend this place.

With all these negative reviews I’m not sure why corporate is no t doing anything about it? Maybe they need new staff or better training ? Are they saving this food for themselves to take home ? I don’t understand why they are so slim with the portions. On top of that today they had no lettuce and only taking card . I wont be coming back at all every time I see the girl w the little braids on her head I already know she going to cheat me off my bowl. It never fails!

This place is bad. Half the time you go in and they are only taking online orders but there are employees standing there! My last meal I got a bowl and the rice was undercooked.

This location did not used to be as bad as it is now. Our last 3 visits here were NOT good. During our last visits here, it was very apparent that the staff does not care about the customer, one another, or what they're doing. You can literally see how much they hate their jobs. Tonight, they had no cheese, they had no chips. We were told that we could wait 10 minutes for chips. How hard is it to keep the chips cooked so they don't run out? Skimpy portions of meat. The place was a mess. We won't be going back to this location. I suggest you don't patronize this location either. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service, I have not experience such a bad service in a very long time. Management needs to intervene, and address these issues immediately to ensure better experience for customers. Walked into this Chipotle around 840 PM. Environment felt so toxic as walking in to pick up food. More than obvious they did not want anymore people walking in. Location closes at 10 PM daily!

Compared to other chipotle, this place barely put food on your bowl not even enough to feed a kid.
The staff at this location is completely rude. They talk about customers in front of them . Food is never correct. Always short staffed . Always something wrong whether it’s only taking pick up orders, not taking cash. Safe your self the drive and go to another location!
I only tried their chicken in a bowl, tacos and burritos.... out of 5 times, only the first time the chicken was good! The other 4 unfortunately it was chewy, undercooked and just nasty. I don't get the hype to be honest but people have different opinions and taste. I personally won't be going there again

Have eaten here many times and it is very hit or miss. The most recent time I went I online ordered a kids steak quesadilla and got two stale tortillas with no cheese, and steak on the side. I did not ask for any modifications at all I have no clue why they did that. Staff is very cold and unwelcoming. Some of them are nice but a vast majority is not. Not willing to take the risk anymore with online orders so I’m just going to go to the one on Harlem.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time if ever. Nobody who worked there seemed to care at all about anything. We walk in and it took several minutes to be recognized, but when she asked our order she continued to work on other things in the kitchen then completely left. We spent about 20 min total to make 2 orders at Chipotle.

They need to close this one down. I love Chipotle but this location is a stain on a good organization. This location hasn’t gotten it right in over 4 years. I purposely avoid it.

Terrible
For some reason they were only taking online orders when I walked in. A lot of older people that were arriving left because they did not have the app or didn’t know how to order online. After I placed my order via the app and sat down the lady who was packaging orders asked me my name. I let her know what it was and proceeded to wait. After waiting for some time which exceeded the estimated time of being ready, I asked her for the status in my order and she looks at me and says “it’s right here.” So you mean to tell me not only did you ask me my name but after having it ready you just leave it sitting there instead of telling me? Sure let my food get cold (which it did). If I wouldn’t have asked for it would she have seriously never let me know it was done? At the time there were only three people physically in store waiting on orders so I can’t even cut her slack there.
