This is the worst u have ever then too, not only as a staff extremely brewed, I paid for extra chicken, which I did not. I will be calling corporate on that. I do not understand what the problem is. I came in at at least three minutes early and of course my order was at least about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK nor did they even let me know that it was ready. I just don’t understand if you do not like your job. Why do you work there? I was completely flabbergasted at the treatment and the taste of the food. You guys are supposed to be the best chipotle around it was not. I’m just telling everybody if you go in there do not expect this you have to talk to you. They’re too busy on their phones or talking to each other to acknowledge any customers.

$6 burritos with a costume on Halloween & realized the cashier Leila was only enforcing the costume discount on white & Latinos. Giving multiple black adults without costumes $6 burritos while making teenage Hispanic high school kids pay full price because they didn’t have costumes

The staff was very rude i had a bad experience on 10-28-25 at 1:30pm the whole line of workers was trash down to the cashier trinity . they need to get new workers because those people don’t like their jobs . the pregnant african american girl also has a very nasty attitude i will definitely be contacting corporate and speaking to the manager aaliyah .

We got our food and went to the cashier, but only then the girl told us we couldn’t eat inside — even though there were still two hours before closing! She had been at the counter the whole time while taking our order, yet didn’t say a word until we were about to pay. She was very rude and just said “goodbyee” when we left. Disappointed!

Honestly, I’m disappointed with the management at this location. I placed an online order and noticed that my toppings were incorrect. I politely asked if they could add the free toppings that were missing, but they refused and then I requested a refund—which they also declined to process. I then contacted Chipotle Support, who fortunately issued the refund.
It’s disappointing that such a simple issue turned into a problem that could have easily been resolved with basic customer service.

absolute worst experience I’ve ever had a chipotle I came in last night at 9:35 it was two young ladies on duty on October 6 at 9:35 and both of them has such nasty attitudes I guess they were mad that myself and another young man came in at 9:35 when they were getting ready to close worse experience so rude someone unhelpful very polite I will be reporting this to the corporate office horrible horrible chipotle experience
I honestly really didn’t want to write this review, but I have to say something… I think the staff here discriminate against white people. I’ve been here twice, and each time the staff are just so unpleasant and rude, that it almost seems like I’m being pranked. But I notice that they do not give any of this attitude to people of color in the store. They rush the preparation of the food to the point where my order looks like slop. I’m going to start driving the extra 15 minutes to the next nearest chipotle, because I just can’t tolerate this location anymore.

This place is a total mess, rude staff or under staffed, late orders, low quality food. One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever had to deal with. Really sucks cause it’s the closest chipotle to me. Been in here multiple times and the staff yell at customers for standing in the wrong spot. Today it happened to me because my toe was over the tile line into the kitchen while I asked a question to the staff. The people that work here are either straight up rude or have really bleak personalities that are tough to interact with. Management needs change something. Sitting here it’s 7:40, my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Bet I’ll leave and get home to realize an item is missing from the bag, wouldn’t be the first time. 0/10 avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned. Thanks for reading. Still no food. .. 7:45… tik tok tik tok. Yeah I’m hangry, what about it? 😂
****Edit**** You CANNOT make this stuff up. I ordered tacos and two STEAK quesadillas right. Guess what I find when I get home? These sad undercooked quesadillas with nothing but some cheese that didn’t even have a chance to melt yet. No steak, no nothing. Mind you, I checked the bag before leaving, it was all there. Am I supposed to open each items and check for correct ingredients too? I blew a fuse. Jumped in the car and straight back to America’s worst chipotle we go. I go to the front of the line, explain my issue and frustrations (as calmly as possible while trying not to explode). These people don’t even know what to say… they look at me like I’m an alien…. “Ok, wait a minute” says one of the cooks. Then he proceeds to take care of everyone else in line before addressing my issue. I calmly wait for my turn and fixed food. 8:15pm: I’m finally on my way home with the steak quesadillas I wanted. No free cup of water or a soda while I waited. Guy said sorry when he handed me the bag, that was as far as the customer service went. These people don’t care, ruined my night, wasted my time, and now I don’t want to show face in there for a while cause of the all the ruckus (and possibly getting confronted about this novel of a review)BUT THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW!!! Chipotle is bomb, but this place ain’t it. L, after L, after L with this place tonight. Considering suing for emotional damages. Revised rating -10/10 I’d rather eat cardboard than let these people give me more brain damage. Save yourself, get the McDouble value meal instead. It’s fast food so you can’t expect much but if you order for pickup your food is made with terrible proportions and low standards. They almost always never open the doors on time. They also have terrible sanitary respect as one time they were climbing ladders, shoeless, next to the food station.

My son has got food poisoning from this locations multiple times. Any restaurants with no refrigeration is DANGEROUS. Consumer beware of eating or purchasing from ANY Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. Chipotle’s is unclean and constant food poisoning from this business.
