The absolute worst servie of any location. They don't greet you, don't make eye contact, don't say thank you but always have an attitude in their tone. They act like you're bothering them for daring to have them do their job. These people don't like people. I know chipotle will give a copy and paste answer to thank me for the comment and to fill out a customer service survey. CHIPOTLE, this is your public survey! Your staff sucks! DO BETTER!

No idea why I even come back to this location. Pick up order is constantly made incorrectly or isn’t ready (even after it’s been marked “ready for pickup”. Location is often dirty. Some staff are friendly, others seem annoyed to be there.

The staff here were laughing at my girlfriend because she wanted to place an order. A bunch of kids working here playing around and not caring. Try the location in Crestwood, they are willing to work with you at least.

I'm actually a nuts and berries type of guy and I really don't prefer cold food such as the corn that they serve. But I like my food hot originally but it was okay. They had this brisket that was really tasty. I'm not really keen on having eating or allowing other people to feed me such as restaurants but it's better than some or I might even say a lot

The resturant hours say 10:45am....I waited 15 minutes in the rain. Why have open hours if you cant meet those requirements. Move the open hours to 1130am if you can't be ready by 11!!!! let alone 1045am!!!

The staff here are rude and unfriendly, didnt look at me a single time when i was ordering. The staff here do not know how to handle food properly. The staff members have curly hair and beards and don't wear hairnets. The meat tasted horrible, I order the same thing at every chipotle and only at this place is the meat this poor. It almost certainly has something to do with their disgusting grill that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Spoiled pico stale chips with ignorant attitudes in a dirty environment coast to coast the absolute worst chipotle ever. They need some D and some V please help them employees. If I could give 0 I would and it was my last chipotle trip I thought the Tinley Park one was bad this beats that by a long shot 😂

The server was literally making mistake after mistake rushing on my 4 bowls because she said people were coming in. Like seriously this can't be life. I am a paying customer please take your time and make my order right. She was literally putting the wrong things on top and taking it off once she realized her mistakes after I spoke up. Please train your staff better.
