Employees attitudes are poor. Steak was extremely rare. They act like they didn’t see it.

Went here on 11/29 around 8:00-8:30pm and the guy making the bowls had a very bad attitude and didn’t say a word to me when I came in. He just stared and had a nasty look on his face and then he messed up my order and rolled his eyes when he had to make it again like he’s supposed to do because it’s his job he chose to do. Then I went back in to get tortillas and he scrunched them all up and slammed them down. The cashier women had a bad attitude as well, they both had zero customer service. I came there after a long day of work and felt it was very unnecessary for anyone to be acting that way. They also had a terrible attitude to the other customers as well. My boyfriend has been in there before too and he has stated they have attitudes all the time. If they didn’t know already, they don’t HAVE to work there. You chose to work there and it’s very simple. Look at the rest of the reviews, they need to stop having unnecessary attitudes and have better customer service. People don’t appreciate this when they are coming after a long days of work or whatever they may be going through.

Literally been here since 10:40am. Store opens at 11:45am. Its currently 11:20am and the store is still not open. We watched over 10 people try to open the door and get people inside to open the door. They ignored everyone and didn’t make eye contact. We wasted over 30 minutes trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. We won’t be coming to this location, we’ll drive the extra 10-15 out the way instead. A waste of our morning.

I was only person with in line 5 pm thurs nov 6 . Six employees were present , one sweeping while other employee holding open bin of food. We stood there for 5 min then left .

i eat chipotle all the time, this was my first time at the oaklawn location. i don’t know if they safely checking the temperature but it initially made my son throw up 30 min after consuming it. I just thought he ate it to fast but later on that night i threw it up and had an upset stomach. when they was making the bowl they was out of the ingredients in the front the employee step aside to add the missing ingredient from aswell i tried to tell the manager she need major leadership training she said “i dont know what to tell you, i dont think we should remake the bowl if you got sick” exact words. All managers need severe training. A well trained manager wouldve said bring back the bowl i’ll make sure everything is right not basically admitting that i will get sick again because they not doing temperature checks, that was weird response saying its not point of remaking it just for you to get sick.

If I could give zero stars I would the manager of the shift at 2:45 pm October 11 2025 was the worst person I’ve ever seen. I got called weird and cussed at to leave the store because I asked for two pieces of aluminum foil. Making snarky comments, calling me names, and wanted us out of the store the second we came in. I will never return if I see her working and she needs to be fired. Thank god for the worker in the front for her assistance and help she should be the manager instead. Making jokes and loving customer service towards us she is the nicest person to take my order. But that other girl needs to be handled that’s unacceptable.

I picked up a BYOC today and its clear that this location is understaffed. They were backed up on pick up and in-person orders. However, the employees though were still doing the best they could and were still smiling. My food was still warm and delicious. I appreciate their help!

When I was ordering he was rude and only gave me a little bit and then when I got up to pay, I asked for a water cup and chips and they didn't give me chips or a cup but then she gave me a water cup and then another lady told me you can only get water with it but then I told her I paid already for a cup and then I found out I didn't have my chips and they were rude about everything if I can give them zero, I will

This facility is extremely unclean.
A crew of six on a Saturday afternoon and nobody could keep the place swept/tables clean- there were no napkins available…. Even if I wanted to clean off my own table.

Great experience!! I picked up a catering order from this location for a doctors office of 20. When I arrived I could see the order was being filled and the staff was working hard to make sure it complete . I really appreciate the teamwork and all their efforts . Thank You for the great experience!! Also a big thank you to Jeremy for helping me to my car, I appreciate you all. The office loved the food too! I’ll be returning, Gigi

They are always late opening the door. Today they opened it at 11:00 and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food because the steak was not ready.
