The chicken parm and jambalaya lacked flavor and dry. The music in the bar area was so loud it was distracting. The booth next to the door is freezing. This will be our last time at this location.

Some of the food was under cooked for example the calamari soggy crust with chewy pieces. The lobster soup very salty. The salad was great. My reservation was for 5 pm. Our order wasn't taken until 5:40 and our food didn't arrive until close to 7:15. It took so long for a refill on even water. A soup and salad did not come out until 2 hours later. I had my bridal party of 12 and honestly had a horrible experience

Crowded bar but loved the atmosphere, wine samples and dinner. Great birthday.

Only complaint, fried calamari, salmon and short ribs all seemed to be overcooked. Maybe they were having an off day because I frequent this location regularly and food is always good. Other than that, I always have a great experience

It's was terrible. I ordered happy hour cheese aricini. They brought us the sausage one. I told the server they were wrong ones. She argued with me. While their in giardeneria. Then 50 minutes later they brought them again. And they were plated like cheese ones. Once again they gave us sausage ones. We don't eat meat. The whole meal was a disaster. Were there to celebrate my father that passed two years prior. Asked for a manager and they sent a training assistant person. Thinking about canceling my ambassador membership
