Long as I have been going to this location I was disappointed with my server Dined on my birthday server finally sarcastically acknowledged after friend pointed out discrepancies, I was a bit embarrassed with his tone. Also customers were served wine that arrived way after we had. Didn't ask about birthday credit... Just wow and I'm not a complainer he did not introduce himself by name but I won't forget the face and his service . Member 5 yrs , and a customer since doors open

I was about 15 minutes early for my reservation. The front staff greeted my warmly and I was seated right away. Patio atmosphere was cozy, and the Chicken Picatta was delicious. Only question I had was why was the fireplace on in 90° heat? 🤣 One of the patrons turned it off when they were seated next to it. Overall great dining experience.

The food was not hot. Fries were mixed in with my Brussel sprouts. It's like the waitress forgot about us. Granted she was training a server but the service wasn't the best

Candace was great! She was attentive and friendly. She made my birthday lunch feel like celebrity status. I felt like we were her special guests. And the food was amazing! Everything I ordered was delicious and I also tried some of the shared appetizers and they were great! Overall 10 out of 10!

The experience was terrible even with a reservation it took and hour and a half to get seated. The saving grace was our server she was great and tried to make the experience better. That will probably be the last time going to that location .

Looking for a better way to pace your drinking when out in public? Look no further than CH Oak Lawn! Your server will be so focused on pacing you that she will only come to your table every 45 minutes! Im used to slow service at this location and normally put up with it because the food is awesome. Tonight might have been too much. I dined on the patio, and every single table complained about how bad and slow the service was. It took more than a half hour to get our initial glass of wine, and we wound up canceling the bottle we ordered for our entree because we ate our entire meal before it came out. It actually took an extra ten minutes AFTER we were done eating for the server to notice and mention it was on its way out. Idk if it’s the servers, a training issue, or a lack of support for the staff, but this is not the first time we’ve seen issues.

We have been going to this establishment for years. It's always been a good place to go. We always enjoy the food and drinks. Love the appetizers and warm bread. I would recommend going there for any occasion

Great appetizer choices. Wife enjoyed the wine samples. Entrees cooked perfectly. Great background music playing over the speakers. Cheerful staff and our server Alice was awesome 👌🏾

Server wasn't very attentive. Kept complaining about wanting to go home. He even said it wasn't even a busy night but stemmed completely out of it.

Good overall. But if you are ever seated by one of the waiter stations where they process checks, ask for different seat. They group there and are loud. I heard their conversation better than the person sitting across from me.

I was very disappointed at this location service. I am a wine club member and frequent Cooper's Hawk on a regular basis. The service was subpar, and the waiter seemed very overwhelmed. He took forever to come back to our tables after he would drop something off. We reached out to another server who assisted us with our to go containers and cashing out our bill. She mentioned having the manager come over, but he never did. We saw him talking to the server but he never came over to address us and see how our experience was.

The short ribs were tender, salmon was delicious calamari was tasty! The flights are a great value!

My family and I recently visited the Oak Lawn Cooper's Hawk location for a special birthday brunch. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived at 12:55 PM and were seated promptly at 1:00 PM, which gave us a good first impression. However, after placing our order at 1:30 PM, things quickly went downhill. Shortly after ordering, my sister was informed that they had run out of French toast — one of the main reasons we had chosen to brunch there. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive — at 2:20 PM — and when it did, it came with multiple errors and was served cold. It was unclear why there were such long delays or mistakes given the light volume of guests. We requested to speak to a manager to share our concerns. The manager was apologetic and made some adjustments to the final bill. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gifted me two complimentary bottles of wine, which I appreciated. While my family and I made the best of the day together, we were very saddened by the lackluster hospitality and overall poor customer experience. I expected much more from Cooper's Hawk, especially for a special occasion. I hope they can address these service issues so future guests have a better experience.

I always have a good time at Coopers. The wait time was less than 2 minutes. The food was great and the wine was even better. And my servicer was so polite and professional. .
