Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Oak Lawn

I visit here once a week and staff is always friendly. My only suggestion is the lobster bisque soup actually have the ingredients in them. I visit the Morton Grove location and noticed that you actually see the shrimp and lobster in there soup

I enjoyed the service and food at Cooper's Hawk. Torrence was amazing. He make great recommendations on the menu. His customer service was amazing. I hope to dine there again and be served by Torrence.

The overall service was just a disappointment We ordered our meals and drinks all on the first pass with the waitress. It was nearly an hour till our food served And during that time she only checked on us at the table one time And when food was served we asked for check, we told her we had a flight to get to... we waited almost 20 minutes for her to come back for our charge card We ultimately scrounged enough cash, and left Food was very good Just a very disappointing start to our vacation

The brunch was fantastic. Im accustomed to dinner at CH. Brunch was a pleasant experience with great food & presentation.

Really love Cooper's Hawk on a Friday night, very busy, good vibes, and reasonably priced. I am a frequent guest!

 I go to Cooper's Hawk probably once a month and it just seems like they over staff all the waiters or waitresses with tables. Unfortunately, my waiter messed up my drink order, messed up my food order, forgot two of the items we waited a long time to even get our drinks. We waited a long time to even get our appetizer Overall, it was absolutely a terrible service. Unfortunately, I have to say that.

44th Birthday Celebration started with wine tasting for 4 guests this was very nice my 1st time doing the tasting. Dinner was reserved for 12 but I had 10 confirmed day of the event, the restaurant was able to adjust. Dinner was pretty good one of my guests had hair in their food but the manager came out and handled it with care and the chef brought out a new dish. The restaurant handled the situation well. Overall my Birthday Celebration was great the vibe, friends, and family.

Nicole in front is a freaking idiot she has an attitude problem and need to get that together honestly other than that everything else was okay

Everything was fine. Service was fine getting in and out with no problem so I was very content with around me.

No point in making reservations as they sat us down maybe 20-30 minutes after, they gave priority to walk ins. Also, they sat us at a small table which we had to figure out how to locate appetizers and our dinner plates in small table. Was very dissatisfied with the time and table. And btw there was many open tables so unsure why the delay and why the table selection given.

The drinks were very good. The wine is always great. The service was great. The food was ok.

It took longer than usual to get our drink order in, and received. My companions medallion was undercooked, and the other one was not a piece of filet.? I am a wine member, been coming here for years. My salmon meal was perfect, the wine bottle was in a chiller bucket- perfect. I was disappointed in my companions meal due to the cost. Service has gone down bit by bit consistently, especially the past 2-3 years. I'll try one more time to see how it goes.

From being greeted and being served the service was amazing. The waitress was very knowledgeable and knew what to recommend based on my likes and dislikes. The food was cooked very well. I can't think of any complaints. I would highly recommend.

First we waited forever for our table. Then we waited forever for the waiter then she took forever to get us drinks and appetizers. My birthday by the way. The fact that the food took forever and then the disappointment in the food was the worse. Sorry but $41 for a tiny piece of over cooked steak was not what I was expecting. Even though the manager covered the bill it was still the worst way to spend my birthday. Should've went to Barrel club they are always nice and attentive. In total we waited 3 1/2 hours for terrible food. Sorry won't be coming back I expected more.
